How about a freedom of information request Alan? Could this fall within the guidelines for such a request? Does Markling work for a "Federal agency" making it fall within the guidelines?

Nevada Gaming Commission -- Markling is chief of the Enforcement Division.

I don't want to tip my hand... but what the heck. The next step is to see if the lawyer for the plaintiff will make public a copy of the employee's complaint. If there is a copy of the complaint filed with the NGC then my next step would be to ask for a response.

But if there is no copy of the complaint do we return to the idea that the lawsuit is a "sour grapes" retaliation for being fired?

I have not heard from the plaintiff's law office.
