This comes from the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors:

The median price of an existing single-family home sold in Southern Nevada during June was $175,000. That’s up 2.9 percent from $170,000 in May and up 32.8 percent from $131,785 one year ago. Even with this relatively rapid appreciation since early 2012, the median existing local home price “is still a long way from our peak” of $315,000 in June 2006.

Meanwhile, the median price of local condominiums and townhomes sold in June was $86,000, down 3.4 percent from $89,000 in May, but up 24.6 percent from $69,000 one year ago.

The largest gain was in ZIP code 89030, an area of North Las Vegas around Interstate 15 and Cheyenne Avenue, where median home prices increased 21.1 percent last year, to $45,000. Cool sources!
