The median price of an existing single-family home sold in Southern Nevada during June was $175,000. That’s up 2.9 percent from $170,000 in May and up 32.8 percent from $131,785 one year ago. Even with this relatively rapid appreciation since early 2012, the median existing local home price “is still a long way from our peak” of $315,000 in June 2006.

Meanwhile, the median price of local condominiums and townhomes sold in June was $86,000, down 3.4 percent from $89,000 in May, but up 24.6 percent from $69,000 one year ago.
