My husband is the highest level Diamond and I am a Seven Stars. We both get the free play at Rincon. I get the reel rewards in Vegas but he doesn't. When we were both single and both Diamond we each got them. Has anyone else experienced this? Seems like marital bliss does not rate very high in the casinos.

Hi Nash. Thanks for joining and for posting.

I am pretty sure that the free play offers in Vegas are based on your own individual play. It appears you've played more in Vegas than your husband has -- either currently or in the recent past.

I am pretty sure you both have individual accounts -- because Caesars eliminated joint accounts more than five years ago.

We both play at Rincon and Vegas. We both get the free play at Rincon and it seems like it's more but it is spread out over a month. I just wondered because he does have a seven stars companion card and thought that could be affecting his free play.

We are flying to Vegas tomorrow for the flat screen tv offer. Wish us luck!!!

Good luck on your trip. I passed on the flat screen offer. The reason is that I was told it's an older model, and may be leftovers from the GGWU which were all older models. I am planning on the Macy's gift card at the end of the month.

I think you have caught onto something.

Separate him from your account as the companion, and change his address. Have him put down a relative or friend's address.

This might kick in his offers again as an unmarried person. You will need to wait 2-3 months to see if it improves, as Caesars' system is slow.

They probably did realize that married couples might as well not have duplicate offers, as one offer will be good enough to bring them both into town.

I also passed on the TV and instead booked on a Free Play and Southwest gift card offer for this weekend.

    Good luck Nash!

Alan, thanks for pointing out the Macy’s GC, almost missed that. Looks like I will be going 2 weekends in a row.

Thanks Aaron. Our 20 year old big screen died last week so the offer worked out good for us.

I dont think this will make a difference. My wife has my 7Stars Companion Card and she is a Diamond player at Caesars and gets all that she is entitled to based on her own play. If Nash checks, she will see that the "companion card" in fact has her husband's own Total Rewards number on it and all play using that card goes to his own personal account.

I haven't booked the trip yet but I think this coincides with the regnis "meet" with his handicapping contest?? It could for a forum meet-up.
