Hello to everyone:
Did you ever try to receive a coins in/ coins out statement from CET?
Did you succeed?
What approach did you take?
Thanks

I know that you can access a win/loss statement with your Total Rewards online account from the Caesars.com website.
You must sign up for the online account first which if I remember I did at a Total Rewards desk.
Im not sure there is a "coin in / coin out" statement.
Alan, I know how to get win/ loss statement from CET and many other properties ...
There is a coin in/ coin out statement-I got it from MGM -no problem.
CET is different, this is why I wanted to know if anyone on this forum have any experience with it???
Mr. Singer???
Thanks.
I never heard of a coin-in/coin-out statement, and do you mean it is a statement that only relates to machine play (table games excluded)? What exactly do you do with it? What purpose does it have?
Since I play both tables and video poker, I am concerned about an overall win/loss rather than specifically coin in/coin out.

I just got my win/loss statement from The Stations Casino and it has the coin in/ coin out amount on there. My statement from CET doesn't show coin in/ coin out. Maybe call TOTAL REWARDS.
Would someone please explain this coin in/coin out report to me and why its different from a win/loss and why would you want a coin in / coin out instead of a win/loss statement? Thanks.
I GOOGLED "Coin In/ Coin Out and found this link

Then this is unnecessary from Caesars -- you can determine this by your tier score, and at each session you can determine if the accounting is correct. 1 tier credit for each $5 of slot play, 1 tier credit for each $10 of video poker play EXCEPT for those few special machines which require more coin in per tier point.
This might explain why Caesars does not report coin in / coin out.
In fact, I was able to use my tier score to figure the number of hands I played during my royal flush drought two years ago. 170,000 give or take a few hundred.
