Hi! I was wondering if anyone has received the monthly freeplay offers either in their account or via a mailer for June or July? I have offers for shopping and some gift card events, but not the monthly ones. I do have the monthly offer for August already, so I'm pretty confused with what's going on. Trying to figure out if it's just me or CET problems. Thanks!
Hi. Are the offers you are talking about for all CET properties or are they for specific casinos?
I get mailers for Rincon in San Diego but the only mailers I've received so far are for May. The June mailers will start near the end of May including the monthly mailer plus specific offers.
On the Caesars.com website I can see future offers but the specifics for Rincon are not listed. I can see various specific offers for the Vegas casinos now going forward several months.
Just Las Vegas/Caesars Palace, it's really the only place that I have serious play.
I usually will see them online, and getting the mailers is about a 50/50, so I primarily use the tr website to check my offers.
My main play is not in Vegas so I don't get the monthly offers that "regulars" get. I hope someone else can help.

I did receive my monthly free play offers from Vegas for June & July but I noticed the amount dropped by a few hundred dollars. I also received offers for a Macy's gift card or casino play, a party with the President, Gary Selesner, a $200,000.00 summer drawing, invitation to another video poker tournament and a citywide resort credit that includes a complimentary stay. $200.00 in reel rewards or table gaming voucher and a $200.00 citywide resort credit which is probably for food.
Nash, if you don't mind my asking, did your play change in such a way that the drop would be warranted?
I have the Macy's one, a Gucci one, and the other ones you listed too...but no monthly freeplay. Strangely, I've started getting the physical mailers for July events (but still no monthly freeplay) and the TR website is adding events to August at this point.

I received my Free Play offers for June and July. They only show up under my home casino (Planet Hollywood) and are listed as “Free Play in Las Vegas”.
An easy way to find them is in My Offers, look at the bottom of each casino "(50 more offers for **)”.
All of the Vegas casinos show 50 except Planet Hollywood shows 54 (my monthly free play).
On my TR online account it shows that there are Caesar's free play monthly offers for both June and July albeit the offer is slightly reduced comparing to other months. Not a big deal for me because I'm not visiting there during this time.
Do you have a host who could look into this discrepancy for you? Also a super host can adjust/increase the offer amount for you.

My husband and I try to get to Vegas at least once a month. There are some months when we are there a couple of times. My host in Vegas once told me that your monthly free play is based on your play 2 months prior. So for instance if you play in Vegas in the month of May your free play won't show up until August. I don't think the amount of free play incentive is the deciding factor that warrants us going. Mine doesn't usually last long anyway. We can drive to Vegas in 3 1/2 hours and if my husband says "road trip" it's either Rincon or Vegas.
Did you check for the monthly free play in your online offers? I know sometimes they use different nomenclature than the mailers so you have to open them up and read them carefully. There should be codes for all your online offers so you can always check with your host to see what they are.
