Thread: To my friend: stop going to casinos.

I refer you to the multiple made-up/altered & desperately incomplete "quotes" inserted in your first time-consuming post above. Gee I tried but those 5 "links" from vptruth just don't seem to work. See what happens when you just can't get me out of your head? You got caught in your own trap my friend.

See how little work it takes to make you stay up worrying about your mistakes tonight?

By the way, if anyone is interested in hearing me being interviewed in 2008, which is just 6 months before I retired as a professional player, Spock was kind enough to provide the link. Do not miss this masterpiece. And what a year 2008 was, with a $192,000 net profit! What Spock chose not to include was how many hours and what my profit was in 2007, which was far less than '08.

Oh.....the "Bwaahaahaa etc." is, how do they say it....telling? And thank you for admitting following my articles, my web site, and my posting on those four forums. Hope it all doesn't take too much time away from those exciting home duties!

I think Rob is implying that Spock is an incarnation of Arci. The facts are that I'm also, as Alan has implied on occasion, an incarnation of Rob, and Alan is an incarnation of Richard Gere after a rough weekend.

  4. #84
I don't mind being mistaken for Richard Gere. I'm not sure how he would feel about it.

  5. #85
    He'd probably be flattered.

Red, who else do we all know that tries EXTRA hard after having to endure my mocking what he did to his wife,,,,then laughing at him for it and for the life of misery he's cursed himself with after doing the nasty deed? I take everything as a compliment, because that work he puts in is like the guy saying a great big THANK YOU for giving him a reason to live these days. But I wish he'd have put in the whole story , time after time. That way, while I know he's helping us relive some of my winning moments, as I always did in my GT articles with cumulative results, he wouldn't be causing people to feel so inadequate.

Spock,,,,arci--doesn't matter. He's a natural born RS groupie, albeit a continuing big liar also, to the Nth power. The attention is admirable but unnecessary. I'm already a star!

Rob, in case it hasn't sunk in yet: I don't think there are many people here who believe your "cumulative results" and even you admit you can't prove your cumulative results. Having winners is not cumulative results.

My advice to you is simple: go back to the basics and stick with how your "special plays" can help you produce winners. That -- and that alone -- could be a worthwhile contribution by you. But these claims of cumulative wins, and net wins, and big wins with limited play have buried you. It's time to drop the subject because you've lost the battle and the war.

Alan, your making no sense. Tell me exactly WHO has ever proven any of their claimed results in video poker. In fact, you can't even prove you LOSE! People can believe whatever they choose to believe, which changes nothing results-wise. That's the reason you have people who react like some of the clowns do here. They actually can't help themselves believing my stated results, they were hurt further by the big winners I showed them, and this is how they deal with their feelings. Completely understandable. You yourself can't come to grips with it because you think that since you can't stop playing when you know you should and you almost always lose, it just has be the same with everyone else. And that's the same weakness your few posters are having to deal with. Don't cry for me, Argentino.

I know I'll never convince you that I've won with limited play these past 2 years or so, and the same goes with my pro years. My bar is always set higher because of the likelihood of my hitting much more frequent big winners, and I actually know how to leave with the ENTIRE PROFIT RIGHT THEN AND THERE. You can't stomach that and obviously your other posters can't either. I never convinced most in my GT years and I don't expect to now. I do not mind, however, explaining my experiences to a small crowd, and when it irritates the likes of you and the others who really have no clue on what it takes to be a smart player and a consistent winner and instead choose to expect everyone to be the same loser you are, I get more education on how the word "ignorance" was developed.

Lost the battle & war? You means the one you keep waging over my limited play/big wins? Tell you what. Next time you find yourself hitting a royal, stopo a moment and think about what I would do, write it down along with how much profit you could be leaving with and put my initials next to the figure, then when your insatiable need for more action takes over and you find yourself banging away at the buttons hours later, write down how much you're really taking home. See anything pathetic? And that's what you admit to doing almost every time you hit something you can't stand to see me hit. Because you can't help yourself, you got to believe no one else could either. Learn from your mistakes Alan, and don't be sore over someone who can control their gambling. You can't and you know it. Stop taking your frustrations out on me.

Daily posts from a man who wouldn't have time to post until the end of the year because he was living the good life, traveling around the country. Another undeniable truth gone to pieces...........

    Hi Vegas Lover

How was your Las Vegas trip in April? Just 1 week to go and I'm there! Good luck with your team at the World Cup! If they get past Mexico this Sunday (I think they will.) I may just put a bet on them to win it all. Anyone know what the odds are on them?

The "made up" VPTruth posts? Yes, I have no doubt they were "made up": by you when you wrote them. But unlike you I have never, and would never fabricate anything. You've hung yourself so many times with your own words why would anyone need to make something up? And it's quite telling that you focused only on a minor portion of what I posted, the majority of which is relatively irrelevant, and ignored everything else. Most people can see that attempts to focus attention elsewhere and ignoring the issues are a tacit admission of guilt.

It is true that I can't supply links to those; you pulled them offline as soon as you realized people were able to use them to contradict other statements you made. Interestingly, GT pulled almost everything as well. There are scores of writers that have not posted for years and their articles are still available, but everything by you, and about you, has been purged. Fascinating, that. No wonder its taking so long for your "articles" to be posted. They don't know who you are! </snark> Since you wrote 'em and had them ready long ago why haven't you asked Alan to post them?

The wayback machine did archive the articles index of your VPFairyTales page and people can view that here:

VPTruth articles page on the Wayback Machine

Hovering over an article name shows the article number, which matches the ones I posted. (The 2009 statements were relatively innocuous and were included both to show that Rob wasn't always making unbelievable claims and for continuity, which is why I didn't bother to include file names. It's a riot that some of the few posts that do NOT make him look like an idiot, which also give a clue as to their authenticity, are the ones he's claiming are fabricated,.) There are some articles archived as well, but not very many: it's just hit and miss. I don't know why they didn't archive all the articles but I'd speculate that the hit count was so low that the robot's programming didn't find it to be worthwhile.

As for why I didn't include 2007, I have absolutely no information about that year. But since you are so accomplished at it Rob why don't you must make some stuff up and post it so we can all marvel at your tremendous success, or lack thereof, depending on whichever meme you want to be pushing this week.

I took screen shots of some of his most memorable tales, with one of the best being this one:

I do have others, such as the predecessor to this one where you stated 8 hours, not 5, but they were deeper within the text so they don't quite have the same graphic impact as the above. So go ahead Rob and rail against them as being made up, as everyone knows you will. That was exactly what showed on my monitor, was written by you, and it would seem to be a "deniable truth" if you are now refuting it. You could of course produce the original, but anything you would present at this point in time would be highly suspect.

Unlike you, grasping at any straw you can find to try and discredit your own statements, I don't have any need to persuade readers on the authenticity of my claims. I'm quite happy letting them make up their own minds, and judging by comments that are increasingly rejecting your claims, I'd say they already have.

I had a wonderful nights sleep and your blather bothers me not a bit. Your posts roll off me like water off a ducks back.
I will admit that at one point I hesitated to post things because I didn't want to incur the "Wrath of Rob". But then I realized that your tirades are lame, unoriginal, and completely lacking in substance. Your attempts to discredit others deserve no more recognition than that of a 3 year old throwing a temper tantrum. You are impotent, and the more you write the more others are able to observe that. Watching you flail around trying to find any minor detail to discredit me while ignoring the majority of the information is side slapping with the added bonus that with most of them you leave even more material with which you can be discredited.

As for my being Arci, BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I don't even remember much of his posting style, but it most assuredly isn't even remotely close to mine. It also seems to be quite obvious that Arci has never been shy about letting you know how he feels, and I'm sure everyone would just love to hear your theory on why he adopted a sock puppet. This is yet another example of how clueless you really are. And so you know, I split my sides when you just had to repeat the same old lame claims about him and his wife. Twice. Hanoi Rob for sure.

But I will say one thing about Arci; I believe it was he who first made the claim that all you have to do is read what Rob's writing about others to know what affects him. Claiming I'm Arci? It's pretty indisputable that Rob has used sock puppets too many times to count so he thinks everyone does. Sweaty palms when opening casino mailers? I've certainly never done that and can't imagine anyone else does and find the concept to be completely unimaginable, so guess who gets those? Jealousy at other peoples wins? He can't help but offer "advice" to Alan every time Alan posts a win, trying to get people to believe he's a better player even though Alan seems to do just fine on his own. Intimidated by tipping? I tip because I appreciate the plight of those trying to get by and freely ignore anyone who is obnoxious about it, but somebody else doth protest too much. Sleepless nights? Lets just hope he took a nap so he isn't too grouchy today. Oops, too late.

So please feel free to enjoy your "Potemkin celebrity" Rob. Watching it crumble around you is worth every second I've spent showing the world your true colors.

I take it that Spock's skin is no longer Vulcan green with envy?

Rob is correct about not being able to prove wins, but a mans credibility can be proven over time. For instance, I tend to believe Alan to be a man of his word, some others ..... not so much.

Thanks, Spock, for the links to VPTruth, or more accurately, "VPOpinion". With just a quick 5 minute perusal of a few of those articles, the following points jump right out:

Because Rob admits his own VP is 95% luck, this makes his "strategies" 100% worthless garbage. (From his Multi Play Strategy: "Thus, recognize you are playing a game that utilizes only about a 5% skill level while relying on luck for 95% of your wins.")

Those silly romps through town (and the associated rationales for doing them) are no more advantageous to winning than stopping at Jack In The Box for a chocolate shake prior to entering any casino in town and staying there for one long session will make you a winner. Rob repeatedly writes that one VP hand has no bearing on the next hand. Therefore, one hand (and the time of day and location of machine) has no bearing on the next hand (and the time of day and machine location). Move around...stay put all day...your style of playing is irrelevant to winning. Whatever chair you are in, where it is and what time of day it is when you hit that winning hand is all up to the Gaming Gods.

I'm sure there are more conclusions one can draw with more extensive reading of those articles, but I can only read through just so much self-indulgent tripe before I remember that I have more important things to do.

    Hey Eddie,

Unfortunately we had to cancel our April trip because of some business issues I had to look after. We're looking at replanning the trip and go to Vegas in September or October. I could use a break from work. It have been some busy months.

Thank you for supporting our team in the World Cup. Next Sunday will be an interesting day. Mexico is going to be some tough competition but if we win that match we'll have a good shot at getting to the finals. We were the losing finalist 4 years ago and lost to Spain which we defeated with 5-1 this time. So, let's just say I'm hopeful

How have you been? It's been a long time since your last post.

    Spock,

Very insightful posts. They speak volumes about Singer's integrity. It's non-existant

Is that really a picture of Rob Singer?

    When was it taken? 1992?

He looks like 20 years younger than he does in those recent videos with Alan.

Check out my poker forum, and weekly internet radio show at http://pokerfraudalert.com
