I haven't been to Las Vegas in several months, but I just read some comments at the website of a Las Vegas newspaper where employees of one of the big companies complained about cutbacks in housekeeping and cleaning of the casino gaming area. The cutbacks in housecleaning were because of budget cuts, according to the comments. If you have been to Vegas recently have you seen a change in these services?

On my last visit several months ago, I did notice a significant change in the room service menu. We came in for a quick trip because of a family event and since we arrived at around 1-AM we wanted to order room service-- and the menu seemed to be missing some of our standard favorites.

But I didn't see any "cutbacks" in housekeeping.
