The craps dealers said it was down a hallway from the Palace Court. Years ago I played on a craps table in a private room off the Palace Court for a craps tournament. The table is no longer in that particular room. None of the private rooms visible from the main Palace Court have a craps table. If this table exists it's someplace not easily accessible or visible.
