My free play offers continue to shrink at Rincon but tonight I got lucky. Only $270 of free play but cashed out $450 thanks to two quads on $1 Aces and Faces on one of the few 8/5 games left. Then l left. Didn't even stay to use my $60 food voucher because I overheard players talking about getting free play mailers but when they got to the casino there wasn't any.

Why would you leave because other players were having problems with their freeplay, after yours DID work?

What did that have to do with redeeming $60 in free food?

I was listening to their problems and just had no interest in staying there after talking to them.

Um, okay. But you realize that staying there and using the $60 food voucher would have COST Rincon money, so if you were pissed at Rincon after hearing these stories, you shouldn't have left and saved them money.

Huh? You overheard them, and then butted in? The first rule in a casino is to NEVER get involved with other people's casino issues unless they seek you out for advice or comment.

But leaving w/o using the voucher that was part of the reason for your visit? You know who usually does that? Frustrated people who go in to get their free play and expect to finish with a nice profit, but then they just can't quit so they lose what they've won and a lot more. People who've won and quit have no trouble piling it on by using free food vouchers afterwards.

I didn't butt in. I overheard them talking. Loudly. And they were openly talking to others about it. Whether they knew me or not from TV I dont know. This was by the promotions desk where they probably had been asking about it.
Frankly I was just as happy leaving with the cash. What happens when you use those free meal vouchers? Sometimes you're tempted to play a little more... right Rob?
