I understand that regnis, and very well. My point is with a buffet there is an enormous additional risk involved with all that food being right out there for all those people to contaminate. Most people don't give a crap if they sneeze without covering up or toss out a few coughs into the open air. Ever been on an airplane? And who in a buffet cares one bit if they have dirty hands when they handle those serving spoons, when any germ can be transferred to anyone who touches those things and then eats bread or crab or whatever with their bare hands?
I'll take my chances at Prime or Michaels.
