You'll have to explain this.
But what I know for certain is this: Rincon used to give players until midnight to claim the $1,000 of free play awarded at drawings at the end of the month. Then they changed the rules so you had five minutes to claim it and if you didn't the free play was lost and no substitutes were called. I protested and others protested and the "claim time" was extended to one hour, but still no substitutes. See:

Now Rincon is back to it's five minute rule. They couldn't even stick with their concession of the one hour time to claim the free play.
Do you call that fair? They offered a one-hour concession for only one month, after having a policy for about two years that gave players until midnight -- and is that fair also?
Get real: the casino is getting cheap, or cheaper. The same way that they lowered free play during the month, lowered pay tables, and cut offers and gifts for even its best players, and even after doubling the size of the hotel they can't even honor hotel reservations and promises to Seven Stars players that they can get a room.
Why would you want to give them your business when you can get a fair shake from many other SoCal casinos and even from Vegas casinos if you must do business with a Total Rewards casino.
