Thread: APs fear reporters

  1. #1
I'm shocked. On the WOV forum some members are suggesting that they shouldn't play with me or allow me to watch their AP challenges and casino play. I can't understand why? I said I would shower and have clean underwear.

In particular these comments were made about a challenge involving DI. Gee, what secrets could I possibly reveal about dice influencing?

    Hole carding?
    Card counting?
    Voodoo dolls in a pocket?

What do the APs fear? A new type of glue they apply to the dice?

Maybe they're concerned you'll use a secret camera or something, and then their faces/voices will be available to casino management.

Fortunately, sports wagering is not cloak and dagger.

I need a secret camera? Don't you think the casinos have enough of their own?

  4. #4
And a decoder ring. Without a decoder ring, nobody will talk to you.

You said it before, regarding video poker and hope-carding...if you discovered a casino was vulnerable, you'd alert them.

Well, if that's the case, they'd be insane to hang out with Alan.

The most dangerous threat of exposure in a casino to an AP are the civilians.

And don't hang out with RS__ either. He's a dealer.

Three players on our crew are dealers.

  10. #10
What's wrong with being a dealer?

Umm.....not sure if you're serious or not. But even you yourself said you would be an informant if you disovered those casinos were vulnerable to advantage plays (particularly VP mail and HCing). So why should any AP ever trust you? Or anyone, for that matter? You're sick and twisted.

If I obtained info on my own as I did with the progressives at Rincon and the VP progressive machine that didn't reset after a royal I would report that. It's what honorable reporters do. When I am told things in confidence I will go to jail before revealing those confidences which is what honorable reporters do. You should read up on journalistic ethics. This website is still protected by the First Amendment and I practice journalism here.

Tell that to your buddies on WOV.

Well that's certainly not what you said before.

I still don't believe you. As far as I know...reporters care way more about "having a story" than "being honorable".

Copy and paste what I said before, RS__.

"I want to call the casino that shuffles and deals this game by hand just to see if I can confirm that much."

"4. Yes, this question is like question #2. Tell me the casino using a hand shuffle and deal and not an automatic shuffler for a game licensed by ShuffleMaster. I can't wait to tell ShuffleMaster."

I ain't looking through hundreds of pages of VP arguments, especially with a shitty search feature.

I believe that Alan would hold things in confidence that he promises.

However, I don't understand why he would report mistakes to casinos which would otherwise favor players (such as a progressive jackpot not resetting after hitting). Casinos have the edge on players, and their goal is to take everyone's money. Why would you want to kill a rare player edge that benefits not just APs, but everyone playing those machines?

Nothing wrong with what I said. You made outrageous claims. I gave you a chance to back them up and you can't because it doesn't exist. I will ask again: what casino deals the game by hand? What casino doesn't use a Shufflemaster automatic shuffler in a game it licenses?

You made an outrageous claim that needs to be verified.
