Thread: My first mailer from Morongo

  1. #1
Just got my first mailer from Morongo for $60 of free play plus a drawing ticket for a Gordon Ramsay dinnerware set in the high limit room for a giveaway later this month.

$60 of free play is interesting since I am a relative newcomer to Morongo (I was a regular there years ago, but only recently returned there).

I am impressed with how quickly they added me to their mailing list.

If you used to play there in the past, then you were already on their mailing list.

That mailer is a 1 day exclusive opportunity.

    Thursday November 19.

I got one yesterday but for $35. I do not think I can make it to Morongo at that date so it is not worth much value to me.

Traditional mailers are weekly free play, once a month dining credit, and once a month Sage Spa credit. Remember, the mailer value is not based on ADT. It is rated on a curve so you can get away with just playing the small amount of free play and leave, but that will put you on the bottom end of the curve (provided you will make up the play at a later time).

Yes, you can get additional free play by just playing 100 points on that day.

My original address from 8 years ago is different from the address where I live now. I just updated my mailing address there a couple of weeks ago when I stopped in during my drive back from Palm Springs.

For years I didnt get any mailers from them. I play there a limited amount of time since October and the mailer arrives. That's pretty impressive.

    That's fairly common.

    It is fairly common.

Showing up again after a long absence and playing again indicates that 1) You are still interested in the place and 2) You still have money to gamble.

Casinos do not like lavishing freeplay upon long-inactive customers because many of those people are broke (or quit gambling) and will simply use the freeplay and not play otherwise.
