Nice job, LoneStar. Really well done.

Quick note on SMU -- it is not in their conference's best interests for SMU to beat any teams of reasonable stature down the stretch as it could cost the conference various tournament spots (AKA cash). I don't think they'll get any favors the rest of the way.

Thanks... SMU has a cupcake on Sunday USF (5-18) I look for them to take out their frustrations on them...

I had to bet the superbowl early. My book, Bovada has the line at Denver +6 at -105. I dont think its going to get any better than that. I took the points.

It appears (and I repeat appears) as if the line has peaked. There were -4 1/2s a week ago, then it went to -5, then -5 1/2, and finally hit -6 with about 75% of the places going to -6. Some locations (Westgate SuperBook, Stations, others) took a bit of a stand and held it at -5 1/2. Now it appears to have crested at -6 and money is coming the other way.

I have no idea if that is the high water mark or not, since public money tends to gather and snowball and overwhelm the usual wagering sources. I would have to guess the -6 was the high water mark, but I'm not sure. Most places currently have -5 1/2, with a (-115) bias on the favorite.

What is all this--the ramblings of someone putting up the picks they'd make with an amount they'd bet if they actually were to make them? Some kind of classroom assignment?

If LSH finds it necessary to try and impress everyone, the first thing he should do is post PICTURES of all these casino bets. Then he might try to eliminate that stupid, corny, self-confidence-building tag line he uses. He's so full of it every time he blabs about "that's where I draw the line" and "I never drink when I gamble" and "I despise computer gangsters" along with all the other "all balls/no walls" tough guy thug-like talk that I guess we're suppose to believe he rubs elbows with illegal gun runners when he's not consumed with all this casino stuff (if that's even possible).

One big mouth crock....that's all he is and he knows it. He finally found a place where most people are passive towards his never ending piles of BS.

Thanks Rob. We're still waiting for your tax returns.

And by the way, where are yours? I'm sure there's a few people who'd enjoy gawking at your alimony payments!

To wife #1 I paid about $4600 per month for 15 years and that included child support .
Wife #2 got $1800 a month for two years.
Wife #3 gets $1500 a month for 3.5 years and almost half is paid.

Only if you do it for the wrong reasons. Live lives based on mutual love & respect and even without the financial aspects it's what you would call the best +EVent of one's life.

Rob, you don't happen to have a photo of the ticket from that 45K parlay bet do you?

Speaking of which, as winner of Race to the Super Bowl, my wagers are public, for better or worse, so I will report the link later where you can look them up. They are "for entertainment value only."
