Lonestar ever since you posted above that remote, mobile gaming was allowed in hotel rooms I've been searching the Internet to find some reference to indicate this is true. But I can't. I only remember reports that said remote gaming was allowed only in public areas and it was not allowed in private areas such as hotel rooms because there would be no way to prevent minors from using the devices.

The key line from this article from NBC News is this:
"Rules allow a range of games, including bingo, poker, blackjack and horse race betting. Use in hotel rooms and other places that cannot be supervised is prohibited."
I have also searched the regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission and I just can't find a reference that says use of the mobile devices is permitted in hotel rooms.
Could you please cite your source for this?
