Alan is correct in what he wrote above.
You being Seven Stars has NOTHING to do with the offers you're receiving. You are likely getting offers because you temporarily ramped up your play to make Seven Stars.
I would suggest your wife disassociate herself from your account. Have her list a different address and cut all ties to your Total Rewards account. She will get better offers that way. You will also be entitled to TWO rooms on the NCL cruises that way instead of one (not sure if you're interested in that, though).
Failing to play in Vegas will NOT hurt your other offers, unless you utilize the Vegas hotel rooms or frequently redeem other comps they offer you. Since you don't seem to use the hotel, I don't think this will affect you.
