Thread: Weird offer for 2 free nights at Caesars Dubai for Diamond and Seven Stars members

Apparently this offer has existed since last year, and I didn't know about it? I just got an e-mail about it now. The offer is good until the end of January 2022.

There doesn't seem to be a catch, aside from a "tourism fee" of $5.40 per night, which obviously is not a big deal.

The bizarre thing about this offer is the length of it. Who would go all the way to Dubai just for 2 nights? Maybe that's the trick -- they expect you to extend it and pay for it.

There's no casino at the hotel, by the way, as that's not legal in Dubai.

Also, this offer is only open to "earned" Diamonds, meaning those who got Diamond via status matching won't receive it. I find that to be interesting, as it's the first time I've seen that distinction.

Would love to know the actual numbers on how many people actually took them up on this.

Has to be a low number for many of the reasons you stated.

Brilliant marketing strategy, a casino company opening in a location where there is no gambling allowed.

Dan, this offer has been in existence for about four years. Seven Stars used to have two nights in the higher tier of two CET affiliated Hotels there. I haven’t heard of anyone reporting a trip under this offer. I agree two nights is nuts. Maybe a business man could use it but that’s it.

Yes has been around for several years. There used to be an offer for South Africa as I recall. The offer for Bahamas Paradise Island used to be much better. More days, property portfolio, etc., even for Diamond. TR just sucks these days. Maybe AC is still good.
