With all due respect to my friend Rob, I think he misses the fact that ALL members of casino clubs get some promotions that are 100%+. They might not help Rob meet his $2500 win goals, but they are better than 100% offers.

For example, I've been averaging free play offers from MGM recently of about $500 plus free hotel. Sometimes some dining credits are thrown in. That Rob is a 100%+ promotion. It loses value, of course, as soon as I play any money out of my own pocket or re-play any money I win from the initial round of free play.

Let's talk about Caesars. Total Rewards has not been very generous to me for about the last year. Still, I get free room from Seven Stars and I get some offer which might include $300 of free play or a $250 dining credit. Again, it's a 100%+ offer as long as I don't play with money out of my own pocket.

As I mentioned it is unlikely these offers could result in a $2500 cash out win goal -- but it's possible. One could hit a jackpot with several hundred dollars of free play.

Being realistic, we know these 100%+ offers can't continue if we don't reach into our own pockets.
