Thread: Harrah's Laughlin Diamond Lounge now has a "menu" for Seven Stars members

  1. #1
Yes, they've improved the Diamond Lounge at Harrah's Laughlin, and even have a new menu of items for Seven Stars only.

Laughably, each guest can only have one of these items per day!

    Harrah's Laughlin Seven Stars Menu

    • Tempura Shrimp (accompanied by ouzo cocktail sauce and limoncello aäoli)
    • Crab Stuffed Mushrooms (served with diablo sauce)
    • Italian Panini (fresh mozzarella, basil, sundried tomato layered between slices of focaccia)
    • Hot Wings (tossed with hot sauce, accompanied by ranch dressing)
    • Calamari (lightly breaded and fried, served with diablo sauce)
    • Shrimp Cocktail (accompanied by ouzo cocktail sauce)
    • Cheese and Cracker Platter (cheddar, Swiss, havarti and gouda, served with gourmet crackers, accompanied by mandarin oranges)
    • Ice Cream and Berries (vanilla bean ice cream topped with fresh raspberries and blueberries)

The lounge is open Monday through Friday from 5-9pm, and Saturday-Sunday from 4-9pm.

You can take up to 3 guests with you inside.

Speaking of Diamond Lounges does anyone know how many guests a Sevens Stars can bring to a Vegas Diamond Lounge? I am thinking of taking three buddies staying at Harrah's Vegas to that Diamond Lounge but I do not want to be embarrassed if we all are not allowed in.

I haven't been to a Diamond lounge in Vegas in a long, long time but I recall only ONE guest. I could very well be wrong.

Did they make it any bigger? It was already too crowded as it was. It is way too easy to become either diamond or 7 star compared to just a couple of years ago.

I could not find that about Harrah's LV diamond lounge on Seven Stars Insider.
I do know that the every time we went into the Paris DL - they said only one guest and I think that is the case (according to Seven Stars Insider also) at PHO too.

The diamond lounge at Harrahs Laughlin is a pretty cool spot to grab a quick bite or drink. It overlooks the Colorado River. Glad to see the "menu" being offered, Harrah's AkChin in Phoenix does something similar

    Hi JP:
Thanks for the information on number of guests one can have at the Diamond Lounge at Harrahs, Las Vegas. The reason I was concerned is that I had three buddies with me at Las Vegas and I really wanted to bring them to a Diamond Lounge, we were staying in Harrahs.

Before the trip, I emailed my host who is located at Ceasars Palace and he confirmed (twice) that even Seven Stars are limited to one guest at the Diamond Lounge. This disappointed me. This also seemed to be inconsistent with the Vegas information in www.sevenstarsinsider.com which said up to 3 guests. Since my host is based in Ceasars Palace I wondered if different casinos had different policies.

Last weekend I went to the Harrahs Diamond Lounge 4 times over three days. My experience with guests was as follows with three different check-in hosts: (1) Friday night (one guest) was told by hostess that Seven Stars can have 3 guests; (2) Sat afternoon (3 guests) was told up to 3 guests; (3) Sat night was told that one guest limit even for 7 Stars but I could come in as the policy only recently changed; (4) Sunday night (2 guests) no discussion with hostess about number of guests. None of these hostesses were Lala.

I could be that there is usually more room at Harrah’s Diamond Lounge that other DL’s at Vegas as there was never a line and always seats (but the seats on the bar tended to be somewhat full).

I did like the signature Mudslides. However, they did not have a list of signature cocktails like in the DL at Planet Hollywood. Nevertheless, I had fun, and enjoyed getting "toasted" with my old school chums.

I have only been to a few DLs at Vegas. Ceasars Palace was a bit crowded but the customers seemed to be studiously ignoring all others. The Planet Hollywood DL only had a couple of people when I visited and so a little isolating. I agree, Harrah's did have the "Cheers" vibe.

For Diamond players, what type of food is served at Harrah's Laughlin Diamond Lounge? Is it like Vegas and only a few hot food items that are served.

My worst Diamond lounge has been Harrah's Southern California. No buffet and they walk around with a few appetizers and desserts. You need to pay for drinks. Best Diamond lounge has been Caesars Atlantic city. Almost a full buffet and lots of free drinks!
