Thread: How about a reality show for garage sales?

If they can do reality shows about pawn shops and abandoned storage lockers and cleaning out houses and putting the contents up for auction, how about a reality show about garage sales?

This week Sally and Grace scour the neighborhoods around Culver City looking for Rembrandts among movie posters, boxes of baseball cards from the 1960's, and unwanted sterling silver flatware...

This could be a competition show too, like "The Great Race."

Five teams have to complete a shopping list, finding the best items while paying the lowest prices. Just imagine the team of Sally/Grace slugging it out with Billy/Joe at a house in Sherman Oaks where they both find the Elvis tee-shirt with the International Hotel logo needed for the "bonus round" ??

What kind of web series would you get if you took two lunatics (a stand up comic and a bass player), a couple of cheap cameras and sent them out to garage sales in Detroit. You'd get Peculiar Pickers. Sort of like American Pickers on mind altering drugs. Probably not the kind of show you were thinking about, but we WILL make this even funner.
