This will add over 600 rooms to the Cherokee resort, which is already fairly large.

I went to Cherokee last spring, and generally liked the place.

If you recall, there was recently a big fire in the area (Smoky Mountains), but it didn't get over to where Cherokee is. Some of the deaths which occurred in the Gatlinburg fire occurred in areas we toured.
