Thread: No more free monthly High Roller tickets for Diamond/Seven Stars

  1. #1
I'm glad I got my fill of the High Roller Observation Wheel. I've probably been on it 8-10 times -- all for free.

Through the end of 2016, you were able to get two High Roller tickets as your "monthly show" ticket benefit as a Diamond or Seven Stars member.

    Not anymore.

They have reduced the number of available monthly free shows/attractions, and that includes High Roller.

Now you only get a 50% discount on tickets, which means you'll be paying $12.50 during the day and $18.50 at night.

The Eiffel Tower "ride" (basically an elevator to the top) has also been eliminated as an option.

If only a Diamond (or a new Seven Stars), you do get High Roller tickets at both Aspirations 1 (40,000 tiers) and Aspirations 2 (80,000 tiers).

However, recurring Seven Stars now have no way to get the High Roller for free, unless it comes as part of an offer.

On a side note, I am surprised that Vegas shows at CET properties do not have any sort of discount for Seven Stars members.

This may be because Caesars is not the producer of the shows. Caesars, in probably all cases, leases out its showrooms to various producers and it's the producers who set the prices. When Caesars offers show tickets as part of a package, Caesars purchases the tickets from the producers or has some other arrangements to get a certain number of tickets.

This also explains why for some shows there are NO casino offers for tickets.

And I wonder who has the concessions inside the showrooms? Are we buying drinks from Caesars or drinks from a third party when we visit the showroom bars?

I realize that in some cases the shows are fairly independent of Caesars, but I'm still surprised that they don't make a deal with some of these shows to give a discount to Seven Stars, and then maybe they would cover part of the cost, or whatever.

For example, you can usually use RCs to pay for these shows. Do you think CET pays the show 100% value of the RCs you used? I doubt it.
