From noon on April 20th to 2 PM on April 23, play craps as often as you like at the Cal. The twelve people who roll the longest without sevening out qualify for the tournament on April 23 at 3 PM.

Sounds like an opportunity to see if the people who qualify for the tournament are dice control enthusiasts.

There are hundreds of dice control enthusiasts. Anyone who sets their dice is hoping to influence them. But I know of only three true dice influencers. So I guess it will be a tournament of random rollers.
