Thanks for the interior shots of the casinos.

Just curious: of all the casinos that you've seen, which was the "scummiest," and which was the "nicest?"
    What, Me Worry?

I don't think any of them can be described as scummy. They are all pretty much very nice, modern facilities, that are on a par with anything Nevada has to offer. I would say the most dated casino would be Par-A-Dice in East Peoria, Illinois. It's still on the same boat it was on 20 years ago. It's hard to say which is the nicest. I was highly impressed by Winstar, Choctaw Durant, Isleta, Sandia.
"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ

If you want to visit a place that's a little more homey, check out the Golden Pony somewhere in the middle of Oklahoma (I googled it -- it says Okemah, Oklahoma -- I was there; I still don't know exactly where "there" was).

I especially liked that the statue of a golden pony outside was anatomically correct, or at least it had been until someone made off with about three-quarters of the member in question.

You and your constant reminding in almost every post you make of how much you hated Singer, and how much better this place is without him, just confirms you're one of the true fucken morons here.

Wonder how many 2-bits Mickey was able to pull out of all these places. Traveling all over the place from state to state alone, seems like a desperate life.

I know every one here is proud of you and the riches you accumulated while being pretty much a bum with alleged means, yet, I can't help but feel sorry for you. Considering your place in life at your age is very sad. Your a fucking alcoholic loser, and no one here has the balls to tell you like it is except me.

By the way proof of your traveling all over the place trying to track down 2-bits with these pictures serves no purpose. Anyone with an internet connection could see the same pictures, without feeling bad for you and your lonely pathetic self.

Dan, would you exercise your power to keep blackbagofshithole out of this thread. He's nothing but a two-bit piece of shit troll ruining another thread. This thread should be excluded from trolls. All threads should not be open to trolling. There are other threads that he should be banned from. As the trolling goes he's worse than Singer.

Blackhole has one single agenda to attack AP's and destroy this site (so I guess that is two).

Is blackhole a casino exec? is that what this hatred is about? Did his wife run off with an AP maybe?

If quahaug had written "crimm" instead of "singer" in the above quote, you'd be crying to Dan about him too.

But since he wrote "singer" you think it's funny, and that's OK.

So it's not the insult that matters, it's who you insult that matters?

Is that how you think it should work around here?

I know this is a point you have tried to make a number of times. I will concede there is some truth to what you are saying. That is the climate that this site has become and I guess was before I got here. I have said before there are teams, AP's and anti-AP's, 3-5 on each side and of course a few members that are neither. But the anti-AP's attack everything the AP's say. They literally hate what we stand for. And the AP's defend themselves and each other and attack back just as hard.

So when someone is attacking you over and over and over, sometimes nasty, personal attacks...yeah you tend to look away when that person gets attacks in a manner that you feel might be too much. So when a Rob Singer posts that he hopes I die of aids, do you think I am really going to feel bad when someone criticizes his wife's looks? Maybe that is small of me. But it is what it is. And it is that way because that is what this site is and frankly what Dan has allowed it to become.

I want change...I really do. Not that you can't be critical and have opposing views and opinions, but not the personal attacks. Not the "drunken" comments, or the "two bit AP" comments, or the gay attacks. Or the calling someone a "pedophile" or a "shyster". Anyone else willing to make an honest effort?

    Try leading by example.

Go back and read page 4 of your own "thoughts" thread, and see where you took that thread.

Asking a question is not an insult, but questions to you are often met with insults,
there is no ambiguity in your replies.

I've been busting on Singer just to goof around you idiots. I have been reading his stuff for seventeen years and he's gone down hill. He actually has lost his edge of late and became unentertaining. He is now obsolete, finished, done, over. That being said I've got nothing against the guy.
Take off that stupid mask you big baby.

I have lots more pics of places to post and many more places to visit where I will get pics. But I'm not going through the effort of posting them here until blackhole and belly are banned from this thread and their posts removed, Dan. They got their wish-another thread ruined.

Yeah, maybe there should be a separate permanent anti-AP thread. There isn't much sense to have a road trip thread and get savaged for it. There wasn't much point to my doing a LuxBus review and have that somehow be a negative -- people had things to say about it, assumed I was traveling cross-country by bus, and so on -- which means they never bothered to actually read the review or just felt like lying.

I honestly feel badly that people get entertained somehow by playing craps and negative expectation games and slots and all that, but I don't write monographs about how sad and idiotic these people seem from my point of view. I mean, playing solved games where you lose money as entertainment? That's addiction or brainwashing or a really bored-as-hell living situation. But what's the point of my putting in my rational two cents at the drop of every hat? It serves no purpose other than to let people know I'm smarter than them and to piss them off.

Don’t feel bad for the people with means that play this way. This is only sad when a degenerate plays this way down to their last quarter destroying their lives and family.

People with means, money, and brains visit casinos like others might consider taking the kids to Disney Land a treat. Nothing to feel bad about, in fact you sound jealous of these type of gamblers.

We love the phony personal attention, the front row shows, 5-star dining, the massages, etc.. The wife loves the facials, manicures, pedicures, shopping, etc.

Yes, most of us lose most of the time, but casinos for some people is no different than a trip to Disney Land.

For the records, sometimes we even win, and win big.

I guess you would consider the whales that gamble stupid asses also, even after you consider they could buy and sell your whole live with their tip money. Imagine a group of whales all pounding away on a video poker progressive game trying to win 7K. Some risk more than that on one hand of BJ.

Casinos are lots of fun, and not everyone would even consider the need to, or would even want to chase plays all over the place in an environment that gets played out rather quickly.

I understand becoming an AP like Mickey Crimm who was a destitute street bum and too stupid and lazy to do something more rewarding than chasing 2-bit jackpots, still traveling all over the place like a tour bus, fighting to make a livable income.

As far as me proving the ability to enjoy casinos the way I explained, lol, go fuck yourself.

My point was that's all subjective. Me poking fun at you for not just paying directly for the wife's facials, but needing to justify what to me looks like stupid boring behavior is no more absurd than you poking fun at mickey for taking a road trip and vulturing. You don't have the market cornered on what are appropriate values, what's sane, and what should be considered entertainment. Mickey's behaviors looks nuts and desperate to you. Your behaviors look nuts and "desperately trying to find some fun" to me. You're no more right than I am.

And no, I'm not jealous of how you behave. That was a weird thing to say. I've existed in full-blown gambling milieus for 40 years for months at a time 24/7. I've never done what you do. Your behavior seems loony to me. I couldn't do it with someone else's money, much less mine. If I want to make charitable contributions, they won't be to CET.

My point was that you seem to think your perspective has some authority to it because, what, more people like to blow money the way you do than don't?

What does paying directly for the wife’s facial have to do with the price of fish? How did you get me trying to corner the market on what’s appropriate, sane, and what should be considered entertainment, out of what I said?

What???? You assume I think my perspective has authority to it because more people like to blow money?

The only thing weird here was your response.
