I don't think you have the right to free speech on private property. Possibly the same thing as yelling BOMB on an airplane will land you in federal court.

If Singer is the only one banned then Singer's banning will be unfair. There is one other poster here who is as guilty as Singer with prejudice and a lack of positive contribution who should get the ax.
Free speech just means the government can't restrict what you say if it's within bounds (ie: no yelling fire in a crowded area or perhaps if testifying in court). It doesn't mean we have to allow dumbasses to say what they want on our property.
This forum has the most lenient rules I've ever posted on. Unbelievable people are acting like this place is strict or Rob's ban is unnecessary or unfair.
Wow, wonder who Mr. Bojangles could be talking about? lololololol....Like I said, he wants to be the main attraction here, the star, and doesn`t like anyone that called his sham with Redietz out ....thx for your "positive contributions" also....especially that one about the thugs escorting you and your luggage off the premesis, and your middle of the night petroleum panic attack to the Mirage to measure tables....very useful, LOL
How about one rule: post and conduct yourself as if you were in the other person's home having dinner.
Ron's vulgarities here are nothing compared to some on Dan's other site.

What's the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

I've had enough of the personal attacks and disrespect shown to me and to others. Rob Singer has been banned.
I also think Rob should not have been banned.
Talking about Redeitz’s wife went too far, and I would have made him apologize on the forum to remain a member.
It’s funny to watch all you AP bullshit artists posting in celebration that he’s gone. Your all one step closer to being a full-blown bullshit site like the WOV forum, where if you don’t agree with the opinions of the monitors, you’re out of there. Typical left wing behavior.
I certainly intend to continuing challenging every unproven alleged AP claim with vigor. At least until you silence me or I get sick of being here.
Us nonbelievers have one ace in the hole. That would be the likes of Alan M. From what I could tell he’s a privileged lifelong member. If you get rid of all of us people with different opinions, Alan should be able to continue carrying the flag and keep the challenge on bullshit AP claims till proven for fact otherwise. I hope Alan doesn’t put his tail between his legs and suddenly decide to go mute on this subject.
I could only imagine what this site will eventually look like when it’s loaded with unchallenged alleged AP bullshit.
Blackhoe, your problem, dude, is you make your own unsubstantiated claims. You have stated that you have blown thousands of dollars at a time like it was nothing in the casinos and had a blast doing it. That's a claim, nitwit. You've presented yourself as a high roller. When I first read that I took it at face value. I didn't have any thoughts of "that's an unsubstantiated claim." But here's the problem, blackasshole, you are not going to go on here using corosive language calling AP's lowlife assholes with nothing but bullshit claims and have your own claims go unchallenged. Prove you are a frickin' ass high roller, dude. Prove it or you are a liar.
I have no problem with your challenging AP claims. It's the way you do it. There's no reason for your viscious ad hominem attacks.

Your AP claims of how you’re making a living playing machines is exactly how I thought it would be. In fact, your one of the only believable claims I’ve read.
As far as your interest in me losing thousands of dollars at one time in casinos go, I could only say, if you knew the actual facts you’d jump on a knife with envy.
This is exactly what I'm talking about. You are making unsubstantiated claims but insist that others prove their claims. That makes you a hypocrite. And if it is true why would I want to jump on a knife over an addicted sucker gambler that takes it up the ass with steel wool by the casinos?

Well, I just want to make one thing clear. I technically do not consider myself an AP, but in case anyone considers sports bettors APs, I want to say this. The handicapping industry is 95% con men or self-deluders. When it comes to sports betting, there can be a lot of smoke and mirrors. There are, however, records that, while they might not absolutely prove anything, provide evidence that would take a lot of back-breaking contortions to arrive at a different conclusion than what the records indicate.
For example, the stuff in the infamous "package" that I would absolutely not post online because it's copyrighted and because the author is not a kind and generous man, is the McCusker Report material. The (Mike) McCusker Report is formally titled "Tipsters or Gypsters?" and that is not exactly the kind of title that is designed to puff and fluff professional handicappers. "Tipsters or Gypsters?" was not a contest. It was an objective accounting of handicappers' records in various sports that also included subjective consumer-oriented summaries of their business practices and reputations. It was brutal, and it had multi-year records, which is probably the main reason the author stopped publishing after about 15 years. He went from about 140 handicappers to fewer than 20 -- nobody wanted their multi-year records published with harsh bios because it exposed them as non-winners.
If you did well in the McCusker Report, it was possible you were a degenerate and lost money doing other things, but it wasn't too likely you lost money doing the sports on record.
Another indicator: off shore sports books have formal accounts that contain histories of everything. If somebody has put half a million or a million dollars through one book with hundreds of wagers and hasn't lost anything, that would indicate he or she probably knows what they are doing.
So there are ways around bullshit quotients when it comes to sports betting claims.
