I received this email today from a host which not only reminds me to use my Seven Stars Retreat but also offers to convert it to 50,000 in reward credits if I choose. I have heard of this offer being made for a short amount of time, but this is the first time I was offered in writing. See below:

I was hoping I got this too but so far no.
I wonder if it is home property dependent? Normally when I get stuff about Seven Stars benefits it comes with a generic Total Rewards or Seven Stars logo banner, but I noticed that yours says Rincon.
