Here's another interesting observation about this doxxing incident, and attacks of me that have been allowed at WoV.

Earlier this week, with a rash of sock puppet activity, Mike Shackleford, announced that anyone identified as a sock puppet would not only be immediately nuked (they likely had already been), but in a change of policy, their posts as the sock puppet would be removed.

So here is "horse" identified as sock puppet of previously banned, Singer, who makes multiple posts attacking and trying to discredit me and guess what?...those posts are allowed to stand, despite Mike's own new policy. You can bet if a sock puppet showed up supporting me, and was identified as a sock puppet, the posts (of support) would be removed. Just an interesting bit of bias.

I can't help but wonder why the helpful and objective MrV didn't point that one out. Also noted is the silence of my so called AP friends on that forum.

How very odd of YOU to defend Mike's actions or in this case "inactions". Have YOU considered the fact that there are other moderators at WoV. Mike made that new policy sometimes in the last week, so it should be fresh in everyone's mind, including the other moderators. As a matter of fact, if memory serves, one of the other mods, concurred with the new policy in a post immediately after it was announced. One of these mods busted 'horse/singer' so they should have known. The other mods have all been active in the past few days and all conveniently have looked the other way.

I just read. In that time frame there was only one member that inquired if I had any interest in team play. There has since been two more. I obviously declined all offers. I am a solo type player and that's the way I like it. Although I currently have a blackjack partner, our partnership is still based on solo play. We just combine and split results, which in effect allows both of us to get to the elusive 'longrun' faster.

I have my doubts that anyone observed my play without me knowing about it. (except those up above)

Not a damn thing I like about that thread. It was started by a member, "sidthesquid", (now banned) who's only purpose at WoV for a solid year was to trash me. In starting this thread sidthesquid intentionally doxxed me. It gave platform to another banned member "Singer" to do this trolling-attack thing, as well as other members like DrawingDead to attempt to discredit me by posting negatively, for which I can not respond.

The one member that posted in support of me, DarkOz, was immediately suspended. And now Mrbobo, weighs in announcing that it isn't that hard to find me, for anyone that wants to.

That thread just highlights the ongoing bias at WoV, against a member of the AP community. I have moved on....I really have. But it certainly appears there is an effort by some to continue to discredit and undermine me. And now it is escalating beyond words, to people doxxing, seeking my name, address, phone number to post online and suggesting that people go find me at the casinos. This is now a threat to my career, my livelihood. I wouldn't have guessed my biggest threat would come from members of the AP community, and an AP-related site, one that I tried to continue positively to for years, rather than the casinos that I play at.

You made it sound as if the Wizard himself was leaving it up on purpose or does not care enough to do anything about it. I think the new rule was made in part on your behalf. I think the staff at WOV (and others)have went out of their way to right some wrongs on your behalf. People may have other things going on and perhaps they can't always pay atention to the needs and wants of KJ. I just think you should not jump to conclusions so fast.

Boy that site, gets further and further away from the site it used to be....the site I signed up for. Remember that mission statement by Mike? Something to the effect of sharing experiences so that players can become better gamblers and players? That's NOT what WoV is today and it gets further and further away every day.

I don't think that new rule or policy was made on my behalf. That was before this doxxing attempt that brought my name back into the news. Without going back and looking, I remember it as someone, (maybe WoN? I forget) who is banned, constantly creating sock puppets to have a say at WoV. Mike wanted to take away that platform. I don't think it had anything to do with me.

Since several members at WoV have now associated MrBo with Bojack, a prominent member of the old blackjackinfo site, I guess I can speak a little about this, using his handle, not name (I would never do that). At Blackjack info, Bojack was known to be a long-time professional blackjack player of several decades who played on and later managed one of the pretty known blackjack teams. Bojack wasn't a big poster, but when he did post, you listened. At least I did.

Bojack's background and blackjack history closely resembled a very well known blackjack player and team manager, who started out in Atlantic City. One of the better known guys in blackjack history. His team bares his name. It was never confirmed that is who he was is, but I always thought so. Could have been someone with a very similar history, though.

Bojack was generous with me, sharing useful knowledge and advice both in public and privately. I started referring to him as MrBo, on that old blackjack info site, meant as a sign of respect. I have never heard anyone else refer to him as that or have heard that term/handle until today. But I would keep in mind Onehit, was a member of that site at that time, so who knows whats up.

I am no longer in contact with Bojack, if that's who this is. After blackjackinfo closed 6 years ago this month, he posted very sparingly at BJ21 and Norm's blackjack site under a different handle. I received an email from him I guess about 3 years ago, when Norm's site took an odd direction and my issues with Norm began, telling me he would no longer be participating there and advised me to do the same. That was the last I heard from him and I no longer seem to even have his contact information. (I am not sure why?)

However, I am not convinced that is who this is.

I don't see what the big deal is about WoV and sockpuppets. I just wanted to see how many I could create and if it was that hard to maintain. For me I don't really have them to troll or cause problems. I just have them to post if I want to post over there. A few times I created a couple of puppets and got busted right away. After that I jumped through a few hoops figured better ways to create them and have 17 names that are in "good standing". Now I just create them to see how many I can actually have over there. However, I have become pretty bored with the forum in general. I hardly look for forums but I recently found this one.

KJ, your "friends" on WoV are Shackleford lackeys. He let the negative comments about you stand but what would have happened to anyone who brought up how unfair your banning was. Plenty of truth and humor in this post. I don't think he should be beat up but I do think he should go jump in a lake. Welcome Monet. We didn't participate at WoV during the same period. You joined just about the time I was shown the door. But I have read some of your contributions there. IMO, your contributions in the gambling / AP related topics are valuable. That of a legitimate AP and the kind of participation that should be, but is no longer encouraged at WoV, as it has grown away from a legitimate AP-related site.

I hope you will stick around here and contribute.

Alan, Rob is not telling you the truth. The mods at WoV have confirmed that "horse" was rob singer. Horse was undermining and trying to discredit several AP, including Axel, but particularly me. Read his posts. Before that, Singer created the sockpuppet here, confirmed by Dan Druff that was mainly about discrediting me. Please tell me you are not suggesting that both Dan and the mods at WoV are wrong. They are not. Alan you need to start accepting reality. Singer or whatever his name is....IS A TROLL!

Being that Singer is not a blackjack guy, I have no idea why he set his target on me. He seems quite homophobic, maybe that is the source of his anger and attacks directed at me. You are his "friend"....you tell me?

Sidthesquid started this round at attacks (and doxxing). He had been a member at WoV for about a year and seemed to post in 2-3 day spurts a half dozen times over that period and each time he attacked me, questioning my credibility and suggesting I wasn't a professional blackjack player. During one of those posts he mentioned a couple names (handles) from the old blackjackinfo site, which leads me to believe he is a long-term member of the blackjack community and forums. He seemed to be indicating that he had not experienced much success, or the success that he anticipated, playing blackjack and seemed to be blaming me for that. I get the feeling maybe he pursued a blackjack career, influenced by me. BUT, I NEVER told anyone to quit a job and pursue a career as a blackjack card counter...Never, never, NEVER!

Now an interesting thing is that Onehit, in a recent discussion just prior to being banned here, revealed knowledge of several members of that old blackjackinfo site. And very obviously, OneHit has an agenda against AP's. Particularly blackjack AP's but not limited to them. He despises all AP's. He dislikes anyone who had success at casinos, likely because he didn't. I didn't put it together at the time, but I now think sidthesquid may very well have been OneHit.

So this "targeting" may very well be two people, one a failed blackjack player who somehow blames me for his failure and the second Singer and you would have to ask him what his issue is. But because both are big sockpuppet / multiple handle guys, they have made it seem a little bigger than it is really is. But sadly, they have succeeded in discrediting me, to some extent.
