Thread: Frank Kneeland on Rob Singer?

I'll throw in a few cents worth FWIW. I'll never play Rob's system exactly as Rob did for many reasons. The first reason is only Rob can. Beyond that, I don't have the $70k or 50k or whatever amount was suggested to be properly bankrolled.

I will say I've personally found Rob, Alan, and Arcimedes to all be receptive in a professional manner to questions and comments I've directed their way.

I did try a variant, if there is such a thing, of Rob's system and got a surprise when my max bet at the 10 cent level was much more than my max bet at a quarter (after dropping down in denom and changing games) ---- a story I relayed about 2 years ago to the day. What was that max bet on 10 cents anyway? I was dealt trip 4's but didn't improve.

In the past, when casinos were caught rigging drawings, the punishments were affordable fines and a person here or there was fired. These people wound up with better jobs in Indian gaming a few days later. The casinos themselves didn't get much negative publicity, or everybody forgot about it soon thereafter. So why are we to assume all the chips function as we are told they will?

I mean, really, if people were told that 20% of all chips were flawed, would they stop playing video poker? Not likely.

Running into one machine with a bad chip, either by design or accident, could undercut the entire premise of playing with an advantage. Heavy play on such a machine could reverse your outcome for the year.
Fuck frank he would pay to jack me three times only if asked

Seed, thanks for pulling up this old thread. Here, we have redietz giving advice to video poker AP's. And notice that ditz didn't get attacked for "being out of his element." But AP's better not try to give sportsbettors any advice. Redietz will be right on your ass attacking you for straying out of your element.

In the quote up above he starts out with the false assumption that AP's blindly believe that no machines have flawed or rigged chips. I think we have all had suspicions over the years. But I showed a healthy profit playing VP in a plethora of commercial locations for many years.

According to Nevada Gaming Regulations the RNG's involved are turned over to Nevada Gaming from the manufacturer to be tested for randomness. Then they are placed in the machines under the supervision of a Gaming Agent. From that point NGC randomly tests the RNG's on property to make sure they are functioning correctly. The EPROMS are installed with a seal so Gaming can tell if they have been tampered with. Gaming can and will order the replacement of EPROMS for no other reason than they have reached a certain age.

Can I swear 100% that this is how it works? No. But the choice of who has more credibility, Nevada Gaming or some yahoo on the internet, I favor Gaming.

This is how it works in commercial casinos. Indian casinos are another story. There are well known cases of Indian casinos cheating. There have been a few Indian casinos that i have played video poker. I had no suspicions but you never know.
"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ
