You are right. It IS an internet forum! And I was discussing this topic with three members of this site, who brought it up, Mickey, Larry, and MrV, in a thread designated for this topic. So YOU shut up! If you are tired of reading about it then don't read. But you don't have the right to tell 4 members of this site what we can or can't talk about.

kewlj why don't you just post here, on this forum, what you would have posted on the other forum(s). If it's worthwhile, your followers will come here to discuss it. Problems solved.

For one, there just aren't very many blackjack players here, Alan, and absolutely zero that I can tell that are newer type players who might really benefit from anything I had to say. I was asked to do just that at GamblingForums, but it was a very similar situation, very few blackjack players. But having been asked, I did post a number of posts in the blackjack sections that would or should have been of some value to newer players.

In particular I posed about my first year (last year) playing blackjack with a partner. We played what is known as EMFH partnership. That means the partners are playing solo by themselves, rather than a call-in approach. The benefit is to combine results, to get to the "long-run" quicker and hopefully smooth out the variance "ride", that can sometimes be a hassle. I put a lot of thought and effort into that post, but there was just no young players (and few blackjack players at all) that would benefit. It is the exact same situation here. I am happy to share my experiences, but have no desire to just waste my time.

And finally, I tried sharing when I came here. My very first post was responded to with a challenge to prove whatever I said, by your buddy, Singer. And within the first week, I mentioned tracking multiple tables, something fairly common and well known among experienced players and had YOU challenge me and ran out at 3am taking blurry pictures trying to prove me wrong.

I mean come on Alan, who are you kidding. I can't post the grass is green and the sky blue without being challenged on this site.

this is a definition of a physical threat

NO ONE EVER ACCUSED YOU OF PHYSICALLY THREATENING HIM

Every couple weeks or couple months, I will be somewhere questioning your integrity, honesty and professionalism

The above is a threat. Any rational person would view it as a threat to soil peoples view of his integrity and honesty for the rest of his life. Get it through your head......I dont care if you feel you will question his integrity with the truth. no one is saying that you threated to spread lies. You threatened to question his integrity and professionalism publicly with the truth. Still a threat. Its not a physical threat..its not a threat to spread lies....but its a threat to possibly make his life miserable.
LarryS this is asinine. This is the second case of you refusing to accept Webster's dictionary definition of something, the other case being "professional". We are all supposed to just go by the LarryS definition of things.

We don't need yet another person here, living in their own world, refusing to accept things in the real world....like the definition from a dictionary.

    Stalkers, followers...It's all the same.

Everyone knows you may have destroyed a young followers life by not telling us about all the Chinese prison decks they use here in LV.

For the record it was axelwolf that made the first post in this thread bringing up KJ's banning. Then snake in the grass, larrys, pounced. What was KJ supposed to do? Remain silent to their attacks. I know I wouldn't.

    NOUN
1.a statement of an intention to inflict pain, injury, damage, or other hostile action on someone in retribution for something done or not done:
    KJ posted

so you did threaten to demean his integrity and professionalism.and honesty. In his "trade".....integrity and honesty is what keeps him relevant and in demand.
His perceived integrity and honesty is what carrys some weight in his ability to give a seal of approval on gambling related ventures like the online casinos. Its his perceived integrity and honesty that make a casino hire him as a consultant.

so in doing what you claimed to do for the rest of his life...you were threatening to impune his integrity and honesty publicly in publication form and in internet postings...and that is a threat to possible future income.

a threat does not have to be bodily harm

read the fucking definition that you posted. It fits psychological pain, financial injury, and professional damage.

get it through you head. A threat is not always aimed at breaking a body part.

Don't be an idiot Larry. Pain, injury, damage is referring to physical pain, injury or damage.

Don't believe me? Try calling the police and tell them your neighbor threatened you. When they respond and come to your house, explain that the "threat" was that he was going to say mean things about you. See how that goes.

And especially tell them this "threat" to say means things was occurring on the internet.

you are nuts. Someone can threaten to ruin your career without threatening to break your bones.

And if you threaten someone with the purpose to extract money from them..thats a crime. ITS EXTORTION . David letterman had a threat with a combined money demand.....and the police got involved and jailtime awaited the person who threatened,.And this thread had nothing to do with bodily harm.

So you threatened without asking for money. Not a crime. Not all, threats are crimes. No one accused you of committing a crime.
You threatened him as retribution as per your definition. If your exposing his actions are based in fact there is no legal action he can take. Your threat can go legally unpunished. You can threaten to put up billboards outlining his actions, take full ads in the paper, its fine. If its all true your actions are totally legal. No one said your threats were illegal.
And you threatened never to let up in a book and in postings.

And in response to your threat.....he did what any normal person would do. He pronounced you dead, and will have nothing to do with you, as that would set a precedent for future people to threaten him If he were to reconsider.

    Whatever Larry.

I "threatened" to keep bring up the truth. How is that a threat? Only someone who feels their actions weren't appropriate, would feel threatened by the truth.

You know what is funny. Mike wrote in a private message, which I eventually posted, "That if he allowed me back at WoV, there would be consequences from Qfit".

How is THAT no a threat? No one (including Mike) has mentioned that threat. And funny, Qfit isn't dead to Mike for making that "threat". It's just me....I'm the bad guy here for saying I would keep stating the truth.

there are threats based on lies which are actionable for libel or slander. and threats based on exposing the truth which are unactionable legally. So the wiz acted on your threat by declaring you dead in his mind and ending contact. If he accepted you back and apologized to you, I am sure you would have dissolved your threat. But that is just supposition and not legally proven..so you are safe.

  14. #54
I never said QFIT never privately threatened him. I dont know. Maybe he did, There was never a quote posted publicly by QFIT like you did,...so i can assume there was, But I cant state for a fact like I can with you

It's interesting how Larry views the pursuit of justice as a threat. More so than even how he mangles the distinctions between offence/defence, and avoiding stuff.
True addicts are incredibly credible. Gambling is just another word for keep losing. Nothing funnier than watching people on an internet gambling site. A bozo's set of bozos whether "system" or "advantage" play. Each type to whichever degree could make billions in the markets were any of it true. It's great to be a spectator of gambling, ie, not to have one leg and arm stuck in the "grave" like the cunts, cowards and crackpots here. The only real thing on any gambling forum is the "nuts".

I'm surprised none of you experts recognized there are civil threats as well as criminal threats. If you threaten to damage someone's good name and reputation I wouldn't blame them if they took defensive action.
