So, I looked up old posts I made when I was looking up a thread about a Casino giving a Promotion only to tell Players the offer was cancelled . It has been cancelled by at the Manager's discretion but Players were only told this AFTER they came to the Casino for the Promotion. It was a 2-100 Comp Multiplier.

I remember saying something like,"Not telling the Players the offer was cancelled is a REALLY bad move." I searched through a LOT of my posts and Beachbumbabs was an even WORSE Admin to me than I remembered. The things she said to me were beyond fucked up, especially for an Admin to say.

I remembered her saying stuff like,"Nathan really should just stay in her Corner and stop posting in other threads," and threatening to ban ME when I asked her for help when other Posters were bullying, insulting, and harassing me, sating something to ME like,"Nathan, suck it up and grow up, or I will ban you!"which was bad enough, but her responses to me in the Progressive Jackpot Thread where I accidentally gave a Newbie a low coin in number(I said you would need to play $4,000-$8,000 before you see the Progressive hit. )

A Poster responded something like,"Nathan, you are so off base it isn't even funny. You actually need more like $100,000 coin in before you see the Progressive hit). I, Nathan responded something like,"Many Posters said they played $4,000-$8,000 before the Progressive hit when they themselves played Progressive Slots.


Beachbumbabs completely humiliated me in that thread and was beyond NASTY to me and then gave me a two week Suspension!

14 days for trolling with unsuitable misinformation about the primary purpose of this forum and website, which is to give ACCURATE MATH-BASED ADVICE on machines, table games, and other forms of gambling.

Even a disclaimer about her lack of expertise with her advice would have been suitable warning, and part of a useful discussion. But instead, she posts as if she's an expert, to a new member who doesn't know she just throws spaghetti at the wall on these things. And as a member for several years now, with a couple thousand posts, she is able to present herself to the unwary as a knowledgable member. That severely cuts into the credibility of these sites, its members, and especially the Wizard.

If anyone doesn't know this, all the questions from WizardofOdds, not just WizardofVegas, are directed here, to this forum. WizardofOdds is arguably THE authority worldwide for casino games, and the folks here who have the skills to accurately assess these things are a major (and treasured) asset.

The manufacturers, in my experience, make it intentionally difficult to evaluate a good play from a bad one, so it's good you're researching and asking others for help in evaluating a particular machine or manu line. That's exactly the intent of this free site and why questions are directed here.

At least in the Narwhal's case, I was legitimately trying to HELP Narwhal. As Kentry, I acknowledged that I was being seen as a joke, and I wanted to be seen as mature and insightful. A Newbie said something like,"I lost more money than I wanted to in the Casino. I, as Kentry at the time thought,"Here's my chance to stop being seen as a joke and be seen as mature and insightful!"

I responded something like,"You really should stop gambling. You already lost money that you NEEDED. If you KEEP gambling, you'll end up homeless on the streets, begging people for money!" The Poster responded something like,"It wasn't money I NEEDED, and I really don't appreciate people on this website speaking to me like I am a Gambling Degenerate!"

Beachbumbabs responded,"Only ONE person spoke to you like you were a Gambling Degenerate and kentry was completely out of line to say that you and shouldn't have told you that. I apologize for Kentry 's insensitive remarks to you." I didn't come across as mature and insightful, I came across as a condescending Jerk.

Beachbumbabs was completely right to say that about me especially since I wasn't trying to actually help that Newbie, I was trying to make myself stop looking like a joke. Also, the thing I was hoping would happen FOR me would have pissed me off if it happened TO me .

If I were the Newbie who lost more money than I wanted to and a Poster told me that same condescending thing I told the Newbie and had got congratulated for being mature and insightful, I would have been pissed. At least with Narwhal, I wasn't looking to be seen as mature and insightful, I really did think I was helping him with my $4,000-$8,000 answer.
