Yes, but it's hard to know if it's for the better or worse.

There are multiple elements to this. I need to prove that I didn't say something that someone claimed I said. I can prove that but, I shouldn't have to. I shouldn't have ever been put in that situation in the first place. That person lied. Even If they didn't lie about what I said, they shouldn't have been a rat and said something that they knew could potentially affect me IRL. "Keep my name out of your mouth"

Assuming I can provide proof that I didn't say what they claim I said, and I'm no longer a target /on that person's radar there's like zero chance they will admit to making"anonymous" threats.

I don't know if they did. What if it's all good, and they actually didn't make those threats? Someone did. If not for the actions of someone being a lying rat I could've ruled out the person who has been told lies about me.

Now let's assume everything including all threats are figured out, and it's all good. We have a situation where the person(the rat)doesn't seem to understand how fucked up their actions were/are. I don't think they even apologized to me, just a bunch of BS excuses and spinning. They claimed they set the record straight, but I don't know exactly what they said, they lied for their own agenda in the first place.

Person A told Person B that I exposed them. That was a lie, I never said what person A told person B.

It's never been suggested that I spoke with them via voice or otherwise, it's PM's, so with a full look into my PM's and the conversation chain, it's obvious. I do have evidence of what they had been saying.

If she's unwilling to retract or apologize when confronted with public evidence that she forgot something, it stands to reason that she would hide private evidence of the same sort of forgetfulness.
