Members may redeem one (1) total cruise package benefit based on member’s tier status as of the redemption date as more specifically set forth below (the “Cruise Benefit”) during the calendar year from (February 1 through January 31), regardless of tier. Members and their travel guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to redeem the applicable Cruise Benefit and sail on the cruise. Members may only redeem once per Tier Benefit Redemption Period.
Two hundred U.S. Dollar ($200.00 USD) deposit will be charged to the member’s credit card at time of booking, and upon sailing, such deposit will be converted to a non-transferrable $200 onboard credit. In the event of cancellation, the $200 deposit shall be non-refundable. Notwithstanding, the foregoing, discounted cruise offers are subject to a non-refundable deposit of ninety-nine U.S. Dollars ($99.00 USD) per person for the first two (2) guests.
The Cruise Benefit applies to cruise fare only on applicable Carnival Corporation (“Carnival”)cruise lines, including Carnival Cruise Line, Holland America Line and Seabourn Line. All applicable fees, taxes and port expenses are the responsibility of the member and travel guest. All other expenses not expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions including, but not limited to, airfare, ground transportation, pre and post cruise accommodations, shore excursion fees, certain food and beverages including alcoholic beverages, gratuities, premium dining, spa services, onboard expenditures, and any other incidental costs or other expenses not specifically set forth herein are the sole responsibility of each member and/or his/her travel guest. Reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, Cruise Benefit terms and conditions, the applicable Cruise Line Ticket Contract found at the respective cruise line’s website, cruise line policies and based on capacity restrictions. Wynn and Encore Las Vegas and Carnival do not guarantee that the cruise will be available on the exact sailing dates or itinerary requested by a member. All travel is capacity controlled and subject to availability. Member and travel guest must travel on the same itinerary. No credit refunds shall be provided for stateroom downgrades. Any portion of a Cruise Benefit not accepted or used by a member will be forfeited, and Carnival and Wynn and Encore Las Vegas shall not be responsible for any inability of a member to accept or use any portion of the Cruise Benefit for any reason.
Members are eligible to redeem the applicable Cruise Benefit for their respective tier at the time of booking their Cruise Benefit, subject to the applicable terms and conditions to each cruise tiered offer set forth below. Members may only redeem the Cruise Benefit one (1) time during the calendar year from (February 1 through January 31) based on member’s tier status at time of redemption, regardless of any tier status changes. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event a Platinum tier member redeems their Cruise Benefit and then later increases their tier status to Black during the calendar year, such member will already be deemed to have redeemed the Cruise Benefit and shall not be entitled to redeem an additional Cruise Benefit.
Red Tier Members
To redeem up to 30% off one (1) cruise fare for two (2) on any Holland America Line Cruise, Red Tier members must complete the Wynn Rewards Cruise Request Form at
http://www.wynnlasvegas.com/wynn-rew...n-request-form to authorize Carnival outreach and acknowledge the one-time cruise redemption per year policy.
Platinum Tier Members
To redeem (1) complimentary Holland America Line cruise for member and one (1) guest in one (1) double-occupancy Oceanview Stateroom, Platinum Tier members must have completed (2) non-consecutive hotel stays at Wynn Las Vegas during the previous or current calendar year. Additionally, Platinum Tier members must complete the Cruise Request Form at link to authorize Carnival outreach and acknowledge the one-time cruise redemption per year policy. Destination and duration options: Maximum seven (7) day cruise to the Caribbean, Mexico, California Coastal, Alaska, Canada-New England, or Northern Europe. Members receive $100 Onboard Credit per stateroom and one (1) welcome amenity selected by Carnival.
Black Tier Members
To redeem (1) complimentary Holland America Line cruise for member and one (1) guest in one (1) double-occupancy Verandah Stateroom, Black Tier members must complete the Wynn Rewards Cruise Request Form at
