I think that this is more a case of the times where gas fuel is already less likely to catch fire.

The Discovery Channel TV show MythBusters tackled this question in a 2004 episode, shooting five bullets into the gas tank of a Cadillac. There was no explosion, not even a fire. This raises the question of how a bullet would cause an explosion in the first place. To ignite gasoline, both heat and oxygen are required. If there's insufficient air in the tank, an explosion won't be possible, though an empty tank would be more likely to explode than a full one. And while a bullet is heated by the explosion that propels it, the bullet itself won't necessarily be hot enough to ignite gasoline.

However, in a later episode the MythBusters speculated that a tracer bullet fired from a great enough distance could pick up enough heat from air friction to explode a gas tank, so the myth may not be entirely untrue. There is still nothing but silence from axel on SAP/WON. He quit posting here when the story broke on WoV. I think he knows he will be questioned about it if he posts here.

The Wizard has let it be known with his nuke of waxie22 that no one will be allowed to ask penetrating questions about the relationships between WON and certain members, mods and administrators of WoV. His reason for nuking waxie22 was "suspicion of duplicate account." Where is the rule that covers that one? The Wizard did not initially delete all of waxie22's posts but did delete the most important one. But after being criticized for deleting only that one post it looks like he went back and deleted the rest.

Everyone is left with "you have to cover your own ass" on dealings with WON. For any of you who may sign up for Latest Casino Bonuses, remember, if you get ripped off, YOU HAVE TO COVER YOUR OWN ASS! The Wizard of Vegas Forum has turned into a HALL OF SHAME.

No questions were answered or acknowledged. What I remember about the original questions were... why doesn't DarkOz explain why he allowed his own daughter pay and get involved with buying cards for 4000 cash upfront? Why does DarkOz tell a story of getting conned but refuses to explain it in greater detail if he is so innocent. What kind of father brings his daughter into these dealings?

BBB explains that nobody honest can get hustled or conned. She doesn't expand or even discuss the issue any further. The next time you hear from her is about closing the thread. You have some really smart guy Zcore 13 who says he logs in at least three times a day for 8 years straight but has no idea SaP is WoN? This guy is connected to all these WoVers but we are to believe nobody warned him at any time about WoN.

Many members warn each other about WoN privately for over a year but nobody says one word publicly?? So they all cry and cry foul once the Crew gets scammed or someone posts publicly about WoN. So you have all these members warning each other but nobody warns their leader the Wizard... who is gonna believe that BS?

So the Wizard makes a statement about WoN saying he had suspicions for over a year but no proof so nothing could be done. He states after banning Monet0412 that so many members complained about WoN that he pmed him to get his self resignation. So this means if Monet0412 doesn't get banned that WoN wouldn't of been banned. One can only conclude that WoN was partnered with the inner circle and many members that nobody wanted him banned.

You have GWAE involved in a western union scheme that works fine until the last hammer getting conned out of 750 dollars. Him and DarkOz don't tell their story for 8 months... if they are such honest people why do the withhold this information for 8 months? If it is because they were embarrassed why aren't they still embarrassed?

You have the biggest Wolf who is AW... a know member who recruits relentlessly on WoV but has not one thing to say about WoN? After this WoN fiasco he hasn't talked about teams or gambling or recruiting... now he talks about Netflix and TV shows or things like that!? You also have people like Romes who has nothing to say? Bob Dancer has no interest or comment?? The owners and people above the Wizard say nothing... nothing!?

After all this you have Mission who meets WoN in person and honestly that's pretty bad. He claims ignorance but it just is going to hurt credibility because of such deep association. This doesn't mean he did anything wron but just having lunch and other meet ups with WoN is going to create suspicion. Nobody believed Bernie Madoff when he said his sons had no knowledge so the same goes for people hanging with WoN.

You have Face screaming he knew but never was contacted about it. Well... he is a MoD. He is supposed to do his job and get on the ball asking all other Mds and the Wizard what they think?

The truth is that it all stinks. They let WoN and other recruit on their site and advertise they are hiring. However, they want people to believe it's not their fault and they don't know anything. You even have RS warning people and watching WoNs buddies scam but he says nothing publicly and he claims he is the honest Abe's of them all. It's all very fishy but eventually it will blow over and business as usual.

Just back from reno and am catching up. This post above is the best consolidation of what has been going on at wov recently and for years.

But you cleverly left out a big association...and that is BBB with an admitted shady character....a con man, a thief. I use the word "admitted" in that I cant say for sure that mission knew WON was allegedly a conman.....but I did read that the shady man, the thief,,,,leveled with her from the beginning what and who he was. Yet she hung out with and accepted gifts from the guy worth over 1000 dollars.

In my mind I would owe a person like that a favor in the future(even if it wasnt openly agreed to or asked or by the gift giving thief). Did people on wov owe "won" for similar type personal financial enrichment? Did the wiz owe QFIT for some "gifts" in the past where QFIT called in some of his markers leading to the KJ banning and QFIT's free reign on WOV against the objection of BBB as he violated rules with impunity?

When a member of wov is punished for what seems a trivial reason....could it be because he ruffled the feathers of someone who a mod owes a "favor" to...and a PM behind the scenes seals the deal for punishment.

there is alot of behavior from the past on WOV that starts to make sense now.

To be fair LarryS and this is something you all don't agree with or like to admit...

Anyone who told one lie is a liar. Anyone who stole in their life one time is a thief. Anyone who fornicated one time is a fornicator. Have you ever wanted something someone else has... your coveting. Have you had an adulterous affair... you are an adulterer. This list goes on and on. Just because I admit to my sins or wrong doing doesn't mean everyone else isn't just as guilty. They just choose to suppress it.

Now it gets even worse because you don't even have to do the act physically. If someone is thinking about murder or they have murder in their heat and mind... guess what... it's the same as murdering the person. Anyways, it doesn't matter I'm tired of trying to debate or discuss the matters. I do not believe I am better than the WoVers... Burning Man WoV

So this Wizard, this leader of gaming and the WoVers is interested in this ritual. He has waited ten years to go but is most likely going now. He even has interest in the young girls and all the free love that takes place at this obvious cult meeting. Such a great person to be friends with and follow who claims morals and family man while married but wants young girls to take interest in his ability to ride a unicycle. Bone Fires or BonFires of the past are very similar. What do you expect from the world that is obsessed with Demons and Vampires and such things. "Our president" is not the first nor the last person of high rank in the world to commit adultery. Its just now things are more in the open than when kennedy was in office...and likely any other person of national power preceding him. Heck, Jefferson may have been fucking the women house slaves. We are who we allow ourselves to become. Any pope at some time in their lives coveted something , even as a child. Or stole an apple from an apple cart. That is not who they are or what they allowed themselves to become.

Since I dont believe in god, there is no one to forgive me and absolve my sins.....but that is the great thing about religion. Alot less people walking around with the belief of monet because after all they went to confession and repented and their god gave them a clean slate. Its worth it to feed the basket passed around for that type of peace of mind. Religion allows one to buy peace of mind.

Its what we do as we grow and develop that defines us. When I speak to seniors at group homes, I dont introduce myself as a sinner. Thats not what I developed into in my life. And if I dont introduce myself as a sinner...I doubt the audience thinks less of me, or makes me less credible.

Some people get a thrill out of telling others they are a bad apple. John patrick does it all the time and wears it as a badge of honor. Its something patrick loves to brag about. Look at me...I am a conman...let me tell you about this con or that con. He is what he allowed himself to become. In this case he didnt develope past the conman stage of his life. He lives in it,,or at least looks fondly back on it.

I have been to Burning Man twice. Once staying in one of the many camps, once in a RV. Of the two, I recommend an RV. Because Burning Man is environmental friendly, one of the concerns is grey water. Shower accommodations at the various camps that you sigh up for are problematic because of this. You are limited to a very minimum ration of water. This is an outdoor event in the desert in August....think about that in terms of limited shower situation. Kind of yucky. The year we camped out, we left early and when we got to Reno, I took like a two hours shower.

Otherwise I found Burning Man to be an interesting experience. I can see it being a bucket list type thing for many people. And BTW, most participant are older folks in their 50's and 60's (or older), for what that's worth.

If I only lie 10 times in my life am I a liar? If I lie 11 times instead of 10 am I a worse liar? Same goes for stealing and murder. If I only murder once am I not a murderer? So your not a murderer unless you kill how many people? Same goes for child molesting... your logic would say that guy only molested once so he isn't a child molester. How many children does it take? How many times do you have to steal to be a thief. You see the problems here?
