OMG! Wait a minute. Before we get into any other discussion/argument, I object to this statement!

You CANNOT use "exploit weaknesses", "CHEAT", and "take advantage of promotions in a way the casino's did not intend" in the same sentence as if they are all the same. That is what Griffin did for years by lumping card counters and cheaters together.

Cheating is cheating! Exploiting weaknesses and taking advantage of a promotion is completely legal. I mean the casinos set the rules (and promotions). Give me a break. Thinking and using your brain is not the same as cheating.
i think he is talking about religious morality rather than technical legal actions per state law

Don't worry about the whole silly debate or argument kewlJ. I am not attacking you personally even if you feel that I might be. I am only trying to state that everyone and I mean everyone inside the Casino is in the same boat. Even if nobody else believes that it is a sinking ship I know that it is.

Let us just take the IRS for example. They say that as a BJ player you have to record every single hand played with number and suit and have to have each bet recorded and how much you bet and how much you won or lost each time. This is to file losses. You have to record the table number, Casino, time, day... heck they might even want each dealers name. I don't know because after I read they want each individual card accounted for I stopped reading for the most part. I am sure you are a very honest professional AP and do everything that the IRS requires and you pay your taxes like the good citizen that you are. Does this put you above a player such as myself who refuses to acknowledge the IRS? I see no difference between us even if you do.

I waited about 24 hours for someone to chime in how they record every penny of income every year to the IRS. Nothing but crickets. This can only draw to the conclusion that Lie, Cheat and Steal is beneath most individuals on this forum. However, when dealing with the IRS in America it appears that AP's, Recreational Gamblers and Anti Advantage Players can all agree that Lie, Cheat and Steal is permitted and exempt of any and all wrong doing.

That isnt shocking. They are like any business owner. Joe Blow that owns his carpet cleaning business, sometimes gets payed in cash...and does that always get reported? Nope. Whereas people who punch a clock for big corporations like I did have an open book income statement to the govt.

So are you saying that besides having no value to scoiety as they do their job, APs, also dont pay their fair share of taxes, thereby having a net negative impact on society. Ok....but thats always beeen the case....not a newsflash...at least not to me.

    Nonsense.

I regularly report my yearly wins and losses on my tax return, and I will do so again this year.

Gosh, there are only about 50 users on here now, compared to the usual 150 - 200. A week or two ago, when Mendelson was still here, there were 17 or 18 members online, at the same time this time of the night.

winnings are offset by losses.....so you had winning years?

    No.

But I get W-2G's, so I'd get noted if I don't report winnings; as a recreational gambler I never win for the year, so I report all wins and offset with an equal amount of loss.

I keep records, but use the Win/Loss casino statements for my return.

One of the big anti-gambling arguments is casinos strip mine the economy for no useful purpose. The reason for the riverboats was so the gambling would be out of the way of regular commerce. But after years of the riverboats creating jobs and the employee's spending money in the communities that has all changed. In states like Illinois and Iowa the casinos are no longer on riverboats. They were allowed to build land based casinos that rival anything Las Vega has.

The casinos strip mine the economy and I strip mine the casinos. I'm doing the same thing with the money that casino employee's do, paying rent, utilities, buying cars, shopping for various and sundry things, buying gas, buying insurance, The people I spend my money with have never asked me where I got the money. They just take it.

Apparently IGT has a slot locator app, but I'm not sure if these new pinballs are on there yet. I don't have a smart phone, just a flip phone so I am out of luck for this app regardless. Anyway you can try this for the web:

    https://www.igt.com/en/products-and-...ng/game-search

I've seen games at casinos that are not shown by the search, so it's not a comprehensive application.
when I watched someone play it online, there is a time limit. After a while he was on to "the next ball" even though he hadnt lost the first ball.
He didn't lose the ball. The ball will disappear when you've played enough to win the first bonus level. But you don't lose the ball. It goes to a different screen where you play for the second bonus level and you reshoot the ball there. The same thing will happen on the second bonus level if you win it.

ok, my mistake.....but did you see toward the end after he was playing a while the lighting fast speed of the ball when it hit the bumper and went between the flippers.....to me thats created in the program after a certain amount of time the ball goes super fast

Alan was provocative, but at the end of the day was there really much "there" there?

He did keep the kettle on the boil, I'll give him that.

Things have quieted down, let's just see what happens.

Its not like there were posts where there was great usefull info.
It was merely Alan taking a side about Aps, and milking it with evasive answers , vague answers to peoples questions, making extra back and forth occuring to the point of excess. When he got backed into a corner he would come up with an obtuse view to make it last longer. A thread about dice in a cup took forever. His recent talk about EV accumulation was boring and drawn out.....to the point where you realize a sensible person would come to other conclusions. KJ even was on the verge of blocking him. Me too.....he was not fun. But he was a wild tap dancer. He was good for posting volume ..ok for quantity....but no loss of quality.

Before heleft it was mostly posts about singer and do we believe he had a dying uncle.....and Alan defended him and that went back and forth.
Nothing of substance......oh yeah and then the true identity of the banker girl. Thats another few pages.

    Again, nothing of substance.....

Yes, but much like a goofy little brother, he added a little ... something ... that may be difficult to replace.

then apologize to your brother,,,,,put your arm around him.... He named you as his nemesis throughout the years.........offer to blow on his dice......and he will be back here in a jiffy

Jeez, you are talking about him like he is dead. He's not. He is right here reading and before long won't be able to stop himself from joining in again. He is just having his periodic little drama tantrum.

Alan is obsessed with Singer. Personally, I think he is afraid of Singer. But whatever. Singer not being here makes Alan less effective. Alan like to play 'the good cop, bad cop' routine, letting Singer be the bad guy. They are in cahoots on most things. Even after Singer was gone, everything is still planned out behind the scenes.

What happens? Alan will post again shortly. If he doesn't it will mean that he is irrelevant and he can't stand the thought of that. Not without a fight.

Or an odd, scheming, shyster, old uncle.
