It is probably one of the most controversial sides of the "dice setting" and "dice influencing" issue: is it legal or valid to do so?

The regulators in Nevada say it is legal. But when critics say "show me the regulations" the only response to them can be -- I can't.

Then the issue came up about "dice sliding" and there is the case of dice sliding at Wynn and how two "sliders" are being sued to get back the money they won.

Funny thing is again, there are no published rules about dice sliding in Nevada or in New Jersey, another big state where craps is played.

What's going on here? I only found out today that New Jersey does publish rules for craps, but Nevada doesn't.
