Thread: Caesars now has a sports wagering app which works anywhere in Nevada

    https://www.caesars.com/mobile-sport...FMobile-Sports

Go to the above link, download the app, then click the forms link, print them out, fill them out, and bring them to any Caesars sportsbook in Nevada.

At that point you will be activated for real money sports wagering from your phone, provided you are physically standing in Nevada when doing it.

I will probably do this so I have an extra set of lines to use on games when in Nevada.

Right now I use 3 offshore books for my sportsbetting.

any sports book in their right mind should have an app going....as the country goes more and more to wanting legalization. Even the NBA commissioner wants it.
So they can work out the kinks of a website so when the day comes they can sign up millions of folks

So books with apps include Caesars, Stations, Boyd, South Point, Westgate, Wynn. Anybody else?

Some allow you to check lines although outside the state. No betting, but you can check the numbers. There appear to be two technologies. One allows it; one doesn't.

    Update. Here's the complete list:

William Hill, Wynn, Boyd, Caesars, Cantor, Golden Nugget, MGM, South Point, Stations, Treasure Island, Westgate, Atlantis (Reno).

So it requires an app, which I believe requires the use of a smart phone.

Some folks don't use smart phones, but use a PC, for example: can they not bet from their Nevada-based home PC?

yes, william hill allows that.....I didnt load it because I am just 3 miles away, and I dont make emergency bets. All my bets are pre planned well before the game starts...and i am not bound to my home...Its good to go out and get some fresh air.

Its good for folks that go to work and want to make a bet during working hours on the phone....or stay home with the kids and cant leave the home easy. Its also good for people that like spur of the moment action.

Spur of the moment betting is usually not well thought out and is disastrous for me.

I'll bet the app won't work in West Wendover. The phones ping off the tower on the Utah side. If you want to see big line movements just before game time then the two Peppermill books at West Wendover is the the spot. At least that's how it used to be. Lots of woodchoppers from Utah betting the favorites and the overs. The book there didn't give them a break. College and NFL lines moving 1 and 2 points toward the favorite before game time. NBA totals moving 4 and 5 points before game time especially during the playoffs. The one drawback is the $500 betting cap on sides and totals.

Middlers heaven though because of the Leroy's book in the Wendover Nugget. Their lines didn't budge.

Wonderful, the post I made got deleted.

AFAIK, there aren't any PC apps anymore. I think stations used to have one (or at least one of them did?).

Redeitz, Peppermill also has an app. My friend got one, was told his account number was something like "1362" and he was like "oh okay, so that's my pin you mean, right? Cuz it's 4 digits n all....what's my account number?" Turns out they don't get many people signing up for mobile sports betting accounts there. And his account number really was 4 digits long. Lol.

The money pool for the Wendover books doesn't get mixed with the Reno Peppermill book. They are separate money pools.
