Exactly... Sin City baby... anything goes. That's the whole point of this debate. When you and the rest of the mob mentality can step back and look at things objectively and realize and admit that you are no better than the next guy I can stfu and drop the debate. monet

this is where I get off the bus. There are people in prison for horrible acts that have this mentality. The all or nothing mentality. the "you are shady and I am shady therefore we are equals" mentality.

there is a difference between admitting that we all are shady to various degress.....and we all are "equal"

the idea that once you dip your toe in the murky water, you are no different than those bathing in the cesspool is not one I ascribe to

There are bad people that take things too far and I am different than those people. And I am not talking about legalities. I would never sell timeshares, even though its legal. Or sell whole life insurance. Or most anuities. All legal and all with small print that isnt openly advertised. So its not all about legality. Plenty of people are getting fucked legally.

    LarryS,

How can I, "Steal," something that has no value. I didn't say that Free Play has no cash value, the casino did. I can only think of one state in which that even has an outside hope of being a crime. Furthermore, if I have the permission of the cardholder to use said Free Play, again, I have no idea who you think I am taking something from since the casino thinks it is worthless.

It's also not justice against the casino, there is nothing to get justice for. I'm trying to make money, the casino is trying to make money. It's really just a simple matter of turnabout being fair play, as far as I am concerned. Justice has nothing to do with it.

I agree with you on double/triple dipping quads where cash may be involved. I agree it is stealing if Nevada says it's stealing. Even if Nevada doesn't feel that way, it's not something I would do. Mainly because I do not want to collude with any employees on something like that and I don't want to get anyone I am not colluding with fired. Even where Free Play is involved, I wouldn't personally do THAT.

I never claimed to be squeaky clean. I have things I do and things I won't do. Some Religions would say I am, "Shady," for even entering a casino because that is against their Religion. It's all relative and subjective.

We never left the realm of personal opinions. The only facts are what does or does not break the law. It is a fact that the players club cards with permission of the owner is not something that would break the law, in most states. Anything after that is subjective.

I also disagree about inside/outside scoring. It ALL depends on the person being asked. I think Monet would give me a much lower score than he would give himself, for example. I would probably give myself a higher score than I would give you. Based only on what you have said, I think I'm probably more shady than you. I try to be as objective with my subjectivity as possible.

Your wrong... I would not give anyone a lower score in life compared to myself. It is not possible to get a lower score than mine. I just disagree with the idea that people think they are better than others. The ones that are the really truly good ones in life have a mentality of dying for others. These people would actually trade places with the bad guys for their crimes they committed. They would ask for them to be forgiven. They would take the execution in their place. It doesn't matter my fight is over on this board for now. I've said and proven my points enough. The truth is I have far more dirt and stories to tell about the WoVers, Leaders and Wizard but I don't need to tell all that dirty stuff and it will get us nowhere. They are going to be business as usual no matter what I can prove.

Expect less of the debate from me in the future. What everyone can expect from me is going around finding plays and promotions and posting them publicly. More mailer talk and gambling information... that's why I am really on this public board giving everything away for free. I am not selling a website or strategies or even my own self. My agenda is to help the every day gambler or common man.

Also if your reading this, and I've said this before. People PM me for comps on the strip. I don't play with MGM or CET. I have no comps on the strip. Also I don't sell comps I give them away for free but they are for downtown, local and Station Casinos.

there is no legal remedy called "turnabout is fair play". No moral remedy called "turnabout is fair play", no religious remedy called "turnabout is fair play. Its just a phrase someone made up to justify shady activity and make it more palatable to the perpetrator .

Its vigilante justice. You fuck me..and I will fuck you back

we all love that "turnabout is fair play" remedy. It makes us feel less dirty.

There is no legal remedy for someone committing an action against you that is not illegal, what are you not understanding? If it is not illegal, then justice doesn't have anything to do with it. That's what makes anything illegal v. legal a false equivocation. I live in a world where words have meaning, I'll come to your world and talk to you, but first I need directions.

To be clear, the casino can legally change or withdraw a promotion anywhere. I can legally play with the players cards of other people (with their permission) in every state I know of except for one.

Today is the special gift day at the Palms. They have a choice between a blue bowl or purple vase. Retail value around 120 dollars. I have helped people get 14 total. Please stop bothering me about the free gifts, I'm tired. Now is this illegal or improper or unethical behavior? Is this an AP move? I believe it is but I'm doing it anyway... so what... I'm a criminal... now what happens next since you caught me??

    What, did you steal them?

A self-proclaimed criminal such as yourself must have quite a stash of loot.

I might need a new catalytic converter for my Ferrari: have you got one stashed somewhere?

I believe I share the views of most that the real criminal here is the Palms. If they got away with claiming a promo deduction of $120 for each of these, well, more power to them, but that sure looks like creative (and illegal) bookkeeping to me.

Wow. So if they give away 5000 of these babies, we're talking $600,000 off the bottom line as a business expense.

A lot of hallucinogens in play at the Palms. And that's just in accounting. I bet the clubs are a hoot.

I've always been honest with you monet, and, this time, I have to say that there isn't enough time in the day for junk like this.

You see Mr V you don't get how to professionally work or steal or get advantages in the Casinos of Las Vegas. When you ask me serious questions about how to use players cards or how to beat mechanical reels or what APs do to make money... I answer them without question or bias. When you ask me my personal beliefs or why or how I am going to use my 45 to end my life... I answer without question and tell you honestly. The difference between myself and you and others on the internet is that I'm as serious on these forums as I am in real life. I answer and act the same in the real world as I do on this virtual paper or forums.

However it is clear you just like to mess about and have fun or take shots. I don't know how you find the time because I thought your new Mission in life was to hammer the homeless sign con artists with a baseball bat to the head.

I have to stop having conversations with you and RS because you guys are just having fun and not being serious whereas my actions are always in line with the real world.

About the car part that you mentioned that would be out of my league or realm. I deal in two bit type of criminal activity that nobody with authority seems to care about. Worse cased scenario for my actions is a bump in retail prices.

I'm sorry William but you gave me strife about joining a baccarat crew. Now your calling this higher quality glass junk. Perhaps it is. It is the Lenox Organic Collection. Much better than the usual garbage. Look I hate the free gifts but people that let me use their cards love this junk. They hound me about it and since each person is worth thousands a month per card I try to appease them as much as possible. I'm sorry if I'm wasting your time or the forums time. You guys don't have to read my posts or respond to them... just ignore me from this day forward.

These are different gifts. You have to be at a higher level for them. Every single time they claim a retail value I look up the items on Amazon and damn if it isn't the exact or close to the exact price they claim. It's ok though I'm a phony making this stuff up out of thin air as usual.

  15. #55
I looked it up on Amazon just now. These two items are on sale for 70 dollars each but usually cost 100 dollars before tax for one item.

Here is the mailer that says it has a 117 dollar retail value... I don't understand the criticism or sarcasm. I'm always upfront with you all not asking for anything in return. I'm just sharing my real world information for free with all of you to help if needed.

Monet, I take your word as gold. If they are listed as retail for $120, I'm not knocking you. I'm knocking the culture that lists them at $120 retail. I halfway think Boyd, for one, has contracts with truckers who drop by whenever an unaccounted load falls in their laps and they can dump it with Boyd. Boyd then lists the stuff as retail this or retail that and people earn their 300 points and line up across the entire back of the Gold Coast to get theirs.

My personal weaknesses are stuffed animals.

I never really thought about the gifts. I guess one could set up a table at the swap meet. I once got a Keurig and I don't even drink coffee. I have seen lines a hundred deep for the trinkets at players reward centers. I just might try and become the King of Salad Bowls.

  19. #59
People try to say things like this aren't worth the time. I'll show you some examples. If I have a discount store or connections with business owners I can sell things like this or bags of coffee or cigars. During promotions I've been able to get well over 200 copies of items. If I can sell them at a price for cash it can be worth my time. I can turn gifts or products into cash which can be in the thousands with very low risk of getting in trouble. That's ok though you guys enjoy Fantasy Island I for one live in the real world or at least it feels like the real world. William Yung will show us how nothing really exists and he might be correct. He is far ahead of my Intelligence.

About a year ago (last March), one of my housemates moved out, leaving a vacant bedroom. We began to store all the casino promotional junk (gifts) accumulated over time in that room. Everything from small appliances to about a thousand tee-shirts/polo shirts and everything in between.

In October when I had my heart surgery my mother wanted to move in for a month so she could help out doing all the cooking. It was a major event to clean out that room and get most of that crap where it belonged in the first place....the trash. If we had more time, we probably could of held some sort of yard sale or rented space at a swap meet and made a few thousand dollars, but there was no time. Since then I have managed to convince my partner NOT to collect every freaking give-away item just because.
