    Wow.
Yes Mr V.. I'm too busy to arrange free dinners and free rooms and free information for players who are interested. I have things to do as well. Honestly, I'm buried in responsibilities and don't see myself being able to dig my way out. Currently I've had another family member pass away and it's a legal nightmare with family friends, powers of attorneys and other family contesting wills and amendments. Although I would accept the inheritance... I am not going to fight family for money and property. It's pretty amazing how much people fight over the deads wealth.

However, I do find the time when you ask me honest questions about reels or other ways to gamble inside the Casino to get an edge. You act as if I've never answered your questions or gave you more information than others. You just want to tell me to F off and that's fine... I usually skip over your posts and other WoVers as well because you guys offer no sincere information... you guys just point the finger sarcastically.

Of course it would be "easy to meet up with" you, if you allowed it.

You obviously find time to haunt the casinos: you can't be all THAT busy.

You have no idea how an AP spends their time. Monet is correct in assuming anyone who wants to meetup with him wants something from him. How excited would you be for that kind of guest?

The way he worded it, "it's not easy to meet up with me," implied that there were forces other than personal predelection at play in the scenario.

He should have said "Fuck em, I'll see when and if I damn well please," because that is what he is really saying here.

That is not what I was saying. What I'm saying is I get many PMs from players who live far away and want to meet up. Don't get me wrong they tell me they will pay for lunch or dinner and do not ask me for anything. I actually offer to take care of who I meet because that's how I am and I don't want any feelings that I owe anyone.

So I only have so many hours in the day. I'm still remodeling my house and decorating which takes time and I take care of my all my uncles needs and finances. My wife expects some attention and time as well and so do my dogs. After that I'm just kinds lazy or I procrastinate at times so that hurts. Next I have to constantly pick up mailers and maintain levels for mailers. I just don't have time to meet up with players that aren't going to live in Vegas and constantly play machines. I'm not into networking or making friends...'I'm busy meaning I have my own life and problems. I don't have time for new problems.

Also I'm not very much into being vulgar. I am far more vulgar online compared to real life. I don't talk about body parts and I don't use profanity so I'm not telling anyone to F off in person.

Next... I have met enough Gamblers and APs from these forums to realize it is a one way street and they have nothing to offer me for how I do things. So it doesn't make much sense to meet up anymore and since I've been critical lately of WoV and APing in general i don't see much of a common ground. Most players that want to meet me want me to show them how to hit jackpots within 6 hours. That isn't how it works for me. You need long hours of daily play and waiting for entry points. If you don't live here in Vegas I can't really help. It is better I just publicly post information and they can use it if they want. I answer all questions in PMs and publicly... I don't sweat giving information away publicly and for free.

[U]I mean can you LarryS or anyone tell me why advantage players, playing winning, +EV games should not be a part of or able to participate on a site named "Vegas casino talk" without attacks of their personal lives, sexuality, health. Come on Larry...talk to me some more about adult discussions and who are the adults here. [/U"]kj

I have had really good discussions with monet. And he proclaims himself to be an AP. He has postedhere many times without being attacked by regulars here that are non APs.
I actually believe both you and him on what you do for a living. Its not a life that I envy, but alot of people dont envy my life(the 9-5ish daily grind)

So the comment stands. You have a history of whining. You love to whine. And to show how much you love to whine.....you have taken time to whine in the middle of a total tragedy . Who the fuck does that? In the grand scheme of things what are you crying about Singer and Mendelson. Why is it important right now to respond to me about something rather insignificant. If you want to take your mind of things.....see a movie or go out with friends, or drink some nyquil and take a nap. But arguing with nameless faceless people at this time says it all.

Its amazing the conglomeration of people we have here.
we have a supposedly sane interviewer/reporter who knows his way around a craps table...yet sticks to a story of 16 yos in a row,....16 NON BETTED yous in a row
we have an author of a gambling book that comes here and rolls in the mud wht nameless facesless people who have no real credentials,
And an AP that is in the middle of tragedy needs to set the record straight about nonsense with nameless faceless people.

This shouldn't be too tough to understand. APs or gamblers in general are usually very lonely people. A very high percentage of them are true addicts and not only with gambling but with all things in life. They fall into problems with drugs, alcohol, prostitutes... etc. etc.

I myself have many of these problems and had them worse earlier in life. So it only makes sense that they are addicted to posting on forums and also lonely seeking out attention. I fall into the trap many times myself and have wanted to get away from posting but it is so darn easy to just type out your thoughts and post them and move on as if your doing something which you are not. It is just another trap like many of the pitfalls in our American Lifestyle.

In the interest of journalistic excellence I must correct that error: it was EIGHTEEN yo's in a row.

Not only did he not bet it, he "stood there in awe" as he raptly watched the miracle of the 18th coming unfold.

mickey, ozzy, pkspins, maxpen, regnis....thank you. i am fine.

Larry, don't tell me how to morn or when it isn't appropriate to post. My partner and friend passed away 7 days ago. I have had my time to come to terms. Now just wrapping up funeral stuff that took a little longer because of travel arrangements across country.

Singer and blackhole....I expected nothing less. You proved my point precisely.

  15. #55
I just did a calculation on my smart phone. If someone threw dice, and one of the 2 dice had all 6's on the the faces...and the other die was standard...... the odds for 18 yos in a row would be 101,559,956,668,416 to 1

In other words the same odds that singer or patrick have a successful method of play
The same odds that KJ can stop wallowing as the hurt victim
the same odds that stanton will stay by his wife the mext time she is ill.

I dont buy the "addiction" moniker as it gets loosely thrown around. Hollywood stars who get caught cheating.....acting badly......all of a sudden check into a clinic for "sex addiction". Sometimes people can just act fucked up without being able to blame an "addiction".

I suppose you have a point here but once an individual starts giving into improper behavior and become addicted to it... well it becomes addictive behavior.

Two of the biggest addictions I know of are Television and Cigarettes. Try to get people off of these two habits and try to tell me they aren't addicts!

My grandmother is one of these holy roller types but you should see her without the ability to have the television on . She threw a huge temper tantrum when service was out for a few days. Same goes for when I play classical music in her house... that lasts about 3 mins before she turns into the devil.

I have to admit I posted a lot here when I owned the forum but after all it was my investment I was interested in. My pistings have dropped dramatically since this became Dan's headache.

Frankly there is no reason for anyone to visit the forum anymore except for the helpful Monopoly thread.

Sorry Dan but your APs and WOV refugees killed it.

No one, outside of the ten of you, cares.

It seems you sold the site at the high point and got out when the getting was good? Why are you so upset about that? Why do you have to needle Dan about how good you had it and how bad he has made it?

Really? The Albertson's Monopoly Thread is the best thing going on this forum? I am pretty sure that most people know that game is a scam and that people scam other people online with fake rare pieces and such. Albertsons isn't giving anything away. When they give me those game tickets I leave them for the next person. Anyone that wants me to save all my game tickets and send them to them via mail I would be more than happy to help them out.

I am certain that if players follow some of my advice given on machines and mailers they will make far more profit compared to the Albertsons Monopoly Game.

If players have the time and money to constantly play the Red Hot Sevens and other machines I have talked about at the Fremont they will make large amounts of easy money but they need to live in town and at least play them for 6 months to a year but nothing can be easier than just pushing the button until the jackpot rolls over. However I have heard that Boyd is going to be changing things eventually. If you have gone to the Palms recently you will find that Stations has turned that place into a house of Reels. Even though they do have decent VP it is clear that they are done with that and you better start learning how to play must hits and read meters and learn when they are positive. It is turning into a Vision Vulture AP World more and more in Las Vegas. The main problem in Vegas with Vision machines is the competition and time consuming effort. It isn't nearly as fun as just banging away on Video Poker.
