But to say that a person does not save solicitations after claiming they receive them, is questionable. Especially one that can spit out tax returns and other items from 15 years ago. Yet, you have nothing from two weeks ago?

Yes, Argentino was certainly and clearly present tense with his claims. Claimed I was texting him daily. It seemed like a really strange claim, as he knew he'd be called upon to provide a phone number or email of origin.

Mr. Mendelson originally seemed baffled that I was someone who did not solicit clients via email or text messages. Yeah, that sort of puts a crimp in Argentino's claims. Pretty funny. When these annoying solicitation texts come in I usually just delete them or send them back a mocking reply. But when they don't stop I call the number, and in one case where I went thru the bs to talk to someone, I mentioned the name "redietz" or Dietz, and the yuppie told me that he was associated with him. I told him to get my name off of red's list. I reported that here and those along with ALL other solicitation texts stopped, which leads me to believe that redietz and his merry band of "we want & need your money because our picks really don't do so well so we can't just bet more on them" partners are branched out into more than one solicitation center.

By the way, those Vegas Golden Knights are a joke....a one hit wonder who won't be heard from in the Stanley Cup Finals again for the next 40 years. When you lose four straight to a middle-of-the-road team like the Capitals, you've got problems. And here they come.

Similarly, LeBron and his "I'm better than MJ and I'll prove it" big mouth is finished. How many FINALS does this make he's lost? And he got SWEPT up and discarded like a worn out broomhead. That answered everything cleanly except (1) the name of management behind the gambling service, (2) the name of the gambling service, and (3) the phone number of the gambling service, which would verify the first two.

Argentino received ongoing numerous texts daily, never saved the number once, never saved the texts once, but came on here and claimed I was soliciting him. Because someone without a name called "the yuppie" agreed with him during a phone call.

Well, since Argentino seemed to delete these texts, but can retrieve them if he asks his service provider, I'll be a generous sort and offer to double my donation to Mr. Mendelson's video poker fund to 2K if Argentino can provide that phone number linked to me for the forum readers. Don't be shy, just get the number from your service provider (tell them you accidentally deleted that month's texts), and post it right here so everybody can call it and verify how I was soliciting people. Post up the screenshot from your service provider of that month's texts.

It wasn't about judgement on your part. God knows I wasn't relying on that.

On this forum, I listed things I'd done and publications I was in and contest results. Argentino was claiming I wasn't Bob Dietz. Remember that? That seems to have gone by the wayside -- LOL. He also claimed I was making things up. The contents matched what I said here. That's all I wanted -- verification that the contents matched what I said here, and verification that I was indeed the Bob Dietz in the publications, which was easily done since some publications had photos. No judgement on your part. Just verification that what I said here was on paper and provable. Verification of a checklist, which would have demonstrated that Argentino was lying and/or completely wrong. No opinion required.
