The Friday, June 1, 2018 USA Today sports section featured a major piece by Steve Berkowitz and Erik Brady. They reviewed and discussed the reaction of college sports administrators and organizations to the legalization of sports betting.

I thought college sports administrators would have learned a few things about sports betting, point spread scandals, and how the world actually works between 2000 and 2018. I'm either wrong about that, or the administrators and organizations have indeed learned a few things, but have elected to test the gullibility of the general public.

In any event, please check for my initial discussion in the Retro Road Trip thread.
