First I'll say this: watching kew show how easy it is frazzling his sensitive, girly-like nerves over me is pure music to my ears -) It's obvious I've been right about him being nothing but a relevance-seeking armchair phony all along. Did you see him squirm when Alan brought up how a supposed big deal bj player wouldn't have any support for his supposed winnings because he doesn't get W2G's or players cards tracking?
Re: my deductions on schedule C for many facets of my spending life that I took: these, again, were all approved in audits because they were interpreted as the IRS manual interprets them. Try it sometime you poor little fools. It's the ultimate AP move. And Alan, we paid plenty of taxes when I filed Schedule C. There was plenty of other income besides gambling each year.
Which leads me to the kew challenge, which is funny because he was so terrified of accepting my PHYSICAL challenge. My pro career was from 2000 thru 2009. From our last go-around on this, we found that there is no way to retrieve tax records from beyond 4 or 7 years. My expectation is a twit like kew discovered that before coming up with this thread. I'll even bet his smooth hands were quivering as he typed it.
So now what genius. You want to verify my pensions and ss income along with the W2G's I've gotten on $2 machines? Hey--you can do part of that in the jackpots thread Einstein. The bigger question is, how would anyone ever be able to trust the queer tax guys you pick?
Right there you announce yourself as a dumbass and true phony. For a simpleton like you, you'd never require a "top gaming tax expert" to assist in your filing as an individual. Mommy pays the bills and baby brother gets the groceries with your and his food stamps.
All you have is whatever you've made up as your "bj winnings" because there's zero way to prove it. Log or not. So you claiming to use a tax expert doesn't hold water, which very nicely goes hand-in-hand with all the other bs you spew on forums in you're continuing but failing desperate effort to be viewed as just another relevant anonymous poster. You know, like mickeycrimm has been doing for years. And if you notice, you type people all have social problems. His is being a lifelong broke alcoholic. You're gay.
While we await kew's reply, I repeat my wish to have our physical challenge. He now obviously comprehends that I do already know his real name, etc. from when he threatened to kill me since he has no qualms about me seeing his name in this audit challenge. So what's his puny decide now? And as an added bonus, I might even let him see the monster I'm packing when he loses.
Here's something else for the whiny big mouth ap's to answer without their usual studdering. If AP play was all that successful, why are there not a pile of gambling ap-billionaires....and why isn't mickeycrimm a billionaire instead if a bum? How about it jocks?

You are pathetic Argentino. You have an excuse and story for everything.
Let me ask you this question. Did your $900,000 video poker "winnings" (now expanded to 1.5 million) occur before or after you filed for bankruptcy in Nevada?
I am sure you have a "story" for that too. But frankly I have long since grown tired of your "stories". So tell it tp Alan and coach belly and slingshot, the 3 fellow, old, bitter AP haters that are the only people in the world that still listen to your crap.

What is with you, denigrating people simply because they've spent more time on this spinning orb than you have?
If age discrimination is fair game with you then I suppose you'd have no problem fielding unending flames about your sexual orientation?
Just sayin': People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
What, Me Worry?
Arci could get his returns but you can't get yours? How does that work? And you've dug another hole for yourself. The IRS will not let you file as a professional gambler unless it is your primary source of income. You are the gift that keeps on giving. That's why you wont show returns. You never filed as professional.

In have nothing against old people MrV...well some of them smell funny....and some like Argentino look funny. But whatever. Don't forget MrV, I spent 15 years of my life and married a person 20+ my age. So I have nothing against old people.
Furthermore I did not say all old people were bitter and hateful. Most are not and by my experience rather pleasant. But it just so happens that a common trait among these bitter anti-AP haters is advanced age. Perhaps it has something to do with looking back with regret. And that probably feeds into the extreme bitterness that is on display.
This is just more of Argentino's bullshit made up stories and excuses. The 4-7 year number is the recommended time that individuals keep records, NOT the IRS. The IRS keeps paper records and copies for 6 years at which time records are then stored digitally. Tax records can remain available for as long as 30 years in some cases.
The man has a story and excuse for everything. Wait until you here his bankruptcy denial. It wasn't him. It was some other Robert Harry Argentino, same age, date of birth, last 4 social, living at the same address he previously lived at.
You must really be frustrated by now. Everyone already knows my bk was in Az. in 1996. I thought you said you looked it up like other envious people do. What you truly can't stand is how both our large 401k accounts were protected until they changed the bk law.
Calm down....and wise up.
Mickey, do you think everyone always looks the other way when you say stupid or false things?
My gambling income WAS my primary source of income dopey. Investment income wasn't even half that. It was my wife who during some of the ten years made more than I did with her 6-figure income as an aerospace engineer.
All this must be so foreign to a dropout like you. What? Two people who actually worked and now enjoy a hassle free retirement with more money than they'll ever be able to spend?
Arci got his returns from the most recent few years. And when it backfired on him it was hilarious and no one will ever forget it.
Wise up.
Too bad you missed it instead of making it up on the go. A few years ago there were multiple posts and IRS links here about how far back we could request tax records for. 7 was the max. And if you enjoy keeping records past the 3 year requirement then you should be a file clerk instead of a government handout slug.
Oh...and please post that piece on the "Nevada Bankruptcy"....a state I have never lived in. You're such an idiot. And you wonder why I compare you to mickey....
Mickeycrimm wrote "The IRS will not let you file as a professional gambler unless it is your primary source of income. "
That's not true. You can file a Schedule C for each and every profitable business you have. The test is profits. The IRS does not allow deductions on a Schedule C for a hobby.
Mickeycrimm you're a prime candidate for a Schedule C considering all the driving you do to casinos.
Mickey won't understand that and kew will just let his ulcer do the talking again.
Rob wrote "Arci got his returns from the most recent few years. And when it backfired on him it was hilarious and no one will ever forget it."
This is not correct. Arc actually underreported his profits from VP by only reporting his W2Gs when the IRS also wants you to report your non W2G wins as well.
His goof was that he prepared his returns incorrectly. As a result of his error he showed lower winnings.
