I've been way up in the northcountry outback taking it easy in cooler weather. Decided to come into town today where they have internet. Haven't been to jail since I knocked them two punks out in Ely about 12 years ago. Paid my own bail then beat the charge. Have never been to a doctor or emergency room for a health reason. Quit drinking 17 months ago. Do quite well on machines and whether you believe it or not is inconsequential to it.

I wonder what the two little punks said that set you off....Could it be "pay us what you owe us!"?

This happens in retail, and alot of places where people love to take the easy way out and blame it on the computer, or policy. As long as policy isnt constrained by law....there is usually a way to make a reasonable customer happy.

Sometimes thereis an unreasonable customer who wants more than they deserve.....but dan only wanted what he deserved...he wasnt looking for anything above and beyond for "pain and suffering". Anyone could see that.

As a manager most of my life, I have been very creative to work around a customer that obviously got fucked. Meaning sometimes even giving something away for free...even if it overly enriched the customer.
Dan is obviously an idiot when it comes to players cards or he is just too lazy to actually open his eyes. He was given 3 cards which is a little excessive to begin with drawing some red flags towards the players. Three Cards isn't that big of a deal but it was an obvious, honest mistake that the worker bee gave him the wrong card on the the third one which was only one player card number away from his own. Dan obviously is running bad picking the 33% chance to actually play on that card but to not notice the difference on the card and not to notice the difference on the machines when your name pops up when you start playing is simply a player malfunction and the Casino is not responsible for that. Just like they are not actually responsible for lost or credits or tickets left in machines... they have disclaimers all over every Casino in Vegas telling players this. Not only that but if you get a players club flyer that they have at the players club desk they have about 25 rules and regulations of being a member and it is the players responsibility to check cards and everything related Casino. They owe him nothing.
Actually I can see this side of it. There have been mistakes that I didn't catch at the sportsbook... but it's up to me to Check my tickets.. I can't show up after the game starts and point out the error.its easy to check my tickets before I leave the counter as I walk away. But I admit at times I have been negligent and I paid for it with loses. That's the world of gambling.

I was drinking at the Outpost Bar in Ely, Nevada. The subject got on politics and I called George Bush a moron. The bartender told me the two dudes at the end of the bar were Bush supporters and said they were going to kick my ass when I leave. They trapped me in the foyer when I went to leave. Bad mistake on their part. Two punches later they were both in peaceful slumber on the floor. The two idiots turned out to be pet monkeys of the owner. She had them charge me up. The prosecutor didn't want anything to do with it when he seen it was two against one.

mickey I'm so glad you didn't write that twice. It's so typical of guys who want to sound like they're tough to make up stories like that, where "I punched them both out" seems to match up nicely with the outcomes of the fights we see in movies every day.

Here's what really happens, and it is the first point that's made to US Govt employees (and I'm sure the military to some extent) who are being trained for jobs where it's very possible they'll be in situations where they'll need to defend themselves. First--and we were told to think carefully about this--when a powerful punch comes at your face, do you actually believe it's like on TV and you'll be throwing punches back & forth for a minute or two?

No, hardly. One punch is all it takes to create a myriad of permanent facial/cranial damage and/or death from hitting the head as the victim falls. Happens all the time in real life if you read deep into the news reports. So braggadocious people who say they used "wwf/ufc/brawler methods" to take out this and that guy but were let off by the law because of this or that, aren't fooling people who know better. A bare fist fight us a very serious matter, and anyone who has anything to lose either physically or financially is never going to either provoke or not do everything they can do or think of to defuse the situation.

I have no doubt you're a brawler because of the tough life you made for yourself and how jail time, physical deformities, or bad press is of little to no concern to you due to lack of family or respectable job. But please, put your stories together a little more carefully.

As Rob wrote "One punch is all it takes to create a myriad of permanent facial/cranial damage and/or death from hitting the head as the victim falls." Absolutely true. Just one punch.

MC had a perfect legal right to punch out the owner's two "pet monkeys" assuming they first threw their feces at him, but I suspect the ASPCA might disagree with me.

I remember a report saying that many people overestimate their ability to fight and that fighting someone, ie, punching someone in the face can cause more damage to the puncher than the punchee, think of Memoirs Of A Geisha scene where Mama furiously beats Chiyo with the stick after Hatsumano tricks Chiyo into ruining the kimono.

Auntie tells Mama to stop beating Chiyo because she will end up hurting herself more than she hurts Chiyo. Mama agrees, and throws the stick on the ground. The report said a person's skull is very hard and punching a person in the face can break the puncher's hand.

Tasha... if you break your hand punching someone in the face you probably also killed the person you punched.

You really are Mendle Fucking Fool!! People break their hand all the time punching people in the face and it is mostly because they don't know how to punch or make a fist correctly. Not to mention all the Boxers who have broken hands in a fight. Breaking your hand on someones face is more likely than killing someone with a punch you fucking clown!

There ain't no damn meal worth $120....even if Wolfgang Puck cooked it. A $120 tip is about six times more than I would even pay for a meal.

Cuckold Larry, the subject somehow got on broken knuckles. In my late teens I broke the knuckles in both my hands hitting other people in the face. When they healed up they became harder from calcium deposits. I've hit lots of people twice as hard since and never broke another knuckle. I didn't go looking for fights but I wouldn't back down either. You got to show me, bitch. I think your alligator mouth is overloading your hummingbird ass.

This has to be subjective. As I have been told... it is worth what someone is willing to pay. My point is do you think that a new car is worth 100k out the door compared to a car that only costs 20k? Is any car really worth 20k new or used? Are houses really worth what people pay for them? Do we have to go on and on about what something is worth or not in a monetary sense?

Honestly... how can someone making easy money as you are doing worry about what something is worth? I mean I understand what you are doing and I wish it was as easy around Vegas as it is in Montana to just walk in and make 100s every day. Of course the way I understand what you are doing you are pulling down about 50k-60k per year because it seems you only work about 120 days per year if I understand correctly making an average of 500 per day. I am not debating that or what you do as I understand and believe it.

Is Lebron worth the money that he is getting paid or is Tom Brady?

Is it worth the price of a ticket to go see them play a kids game?

However to debate what something is or isn't worth in a dollar sense is kinda arbitrary at best In my opinion.

According to Austrian Economics, all value is subjective.
