What I do agree with Alan with, is that this site is currently garbage in the way that it is run and structured. I don't know if I would say it is headed in the wrong direction. I think that ship has sailed. It is in the garbage heap. What I continue to find disappointing is no effort to change that and all the 'hate' allowed.

There are two distinct fractions on this site, AP's which number about 8-10 (active) and those anti-AP 'haters', whose number has dwindled a bit thankfully. But most of the "hate" comes from the small number of anti-AP haters. Singer himself is way out front in this category. In the course of every discussion, when he has no answer for the fact that the math doesn't work, or when he wants to distract and deflect away from the fact that the math doesn't work, he just gets obnoxiously nasty, personally attacking people, their nationality, sexuality, family members, including spouses and family that have passed away. What a low life.

Alan has recently started to take that page out of Singer's troll book. When Alan gets frustrated now that he has no answers for the fact that his claims and math don't work, he now ends the discussions with a "Fuck you" or "Fuck off" and of course the ever so popular "you are now dead to me".

And Monet, well I don't know what his issues are, but he obviously has some.

I frequently go through periods that I wonder why I bother continuing to participate here. Obviously in my case, my options of limited. But I do like and try to remember what Mickey said. When we (AP's) answer a question, or share an experience that seems to be going nowhere but attracting goofy and factually wrong opposition from the AP haters, there are others reading, or who may read in the future that hopefully may benefit. That is some consolation to all the goofiness.

Now I do have a suggestion for Dan, not that he will listen.

1.) I don't want anyone that is on the other side of the discussions, banned, as Larry seems to suggest. I welcome reasonable discussions. I don't welcome all the personal attacks, and Alan's "fuck you" and "fuck off" crap, THAT is NOT a discussion. If members can't participate without the attacks that Singer resorts to, (and he agreed not to do upon re-installation), they should not be allowed here.

2.) I think there should be more sub catagories. The way it is now, everything falls into the Las Vegas sub category and usually falls to 1 or 2 threads, which quickly go off their original topic, and just become a continuation of the same old long-running chatter. Maybe there should be an AP category to discuss advantage play and share one's experiences, without demand to see tax records and bank statements as if you are on trial.

And likewise, there should be a voodoo category, or a twilight zone section, where people can post their thoughts and claims that go against mathematics and reasonable possibilities. Things like seeing 18 y.o.'s in a row, and making a million dollars playing -EV games, or using progressions, and stop limits to turn -EV games into long-term winners. You know.....things that are mathematically impossible. And Dan should monitor the site more and move the nonsensical, anti-math, voodoo claims to the appropriate section. This would allow those members making their mathematically impossible claims to have their say without it seeming like the site endorses or accepts such ridiculous claims.
