Mr V. I've been doing it for a long time. For me, the real estate, stock market, marriage is risky. This is very conservative. I don't gamble. I just look for value and take what they give me. It's all that I want in exchange for my time and more than I need.

But I really didn't choose this life. Sometimes a person comes to a crossroad. At the time this seemed like the most viable option. No regrets. However, no two ways about it. This is a job.

Plus how many AP's are making enough dough to support themselves and buy a home by card counting pretty much exclusively?

That counts for something (pun intended).
he was "teaching" in an empty classroom....and he blamed the landlord for his plight. He did the same at GF.....no students....and because of that the blame game needed to be played

He's a squirrel. Flash,KJ and others put on quite a show over at BJFT. Socks, puppets, and muppets galore. It's like one never ending pissing contest. They make it sound way too easy. It's not that easy.

I was surprised at his claimed ability to make a good living out of card counting these days.

No edge sorting or card clumping / whatever the next big thing is: just old school card counting, the one thing casinos are geared up to defend against.

I was self taught. Personally, I don't think he is what he claims. I mean who the hell goes around boasting about their earnings. It's like he is on some sort of a crusade Wanting to train newbies. Yet he puts down homeless people. Tater is a sleep under the stars throwback to the old west. But everytime he posts, KJ is on his ass, saying it's me. Yes, he only play $5 tables. But that to him is like $500 to me.

How do you tell if a lady is a devout christrian? She walks right up right and tells you she is a devout christian. That's KJ is a nutshell. Personally, I'm sick of his deceit, his boasting, the way he puts himself above and sits in judgment of others, .
Buffet closed? Game over. Time to face me.

He said he doesn't have anything left to say. Great, he won't be wasting my time trying to talk his way out of an ass kickin when we meet.

Moses, I don't understand why some AP's, guys like you, Monet and Crimm, feel the need to threaten others with violence on these gambling message boards.

So what if you don't like what someone posts?

Does that justify a possible felony charge if you ever do in fact lay a hand on them?

Personally I think it's just a bunch of bullshit, but you never know, one or more of you birds might actually be so sprung as to actually mean the tough guy shit that gets spewed.

Leave your fists out of battles fought with words.
    What, Me Worry?

I simply stated I will find him and be in his face. Where he takes it from that point is up to him. i, He can run or he can face the demon of fear that obviously lurks inside him. KJ has been putting people down and sitting in judgement of others for years. But when confronted he runs. So last time I let it go. Actually, I'm doing him a favor.

KJ can cuss directly at a person because he feels safe on the internet. Do it in a casino or a bar and they will drop a person where they stand. Rarely does security even show up. Now KJ talks all tough with the Fuck you etc etc. But the minute someone calls his bluff. HE starts saying "o I was threatened with violence." Stop being a pussy KJ. Back up your words.

Any man that can't walk the walk shouldn't talk the talk. No?

Personally, I respect Monet and Crimm a great deal. That's how it works. We know we can handle ourselves. So it's no big deal. But then some mouth comes along looking for trouble and he finds it real quick.

So Mr V does KJ go around running his mouth in a casino the way he does on forums?

I haven't disrespected MR. V and he hasn't disrespected me. KJ, that's how a civil conversation works.

Perhaps one should choose words more carefully so they don't turn into a battle of fists. I see it almost everyday in casino life. Rarely, does a day go by where I don't say to myself "whoa, never saw that one before."

I have yet to meet anyone with legit rags to riches story while playing mostly solo on pure card counting in the last 15 years.
Without a big safety net, there are way too many pitfalls to overcome, it's a recipe for disaster.

That's why many AP's choose slots/VP games and promos over CC, its much less risk, and higher percentages if done right. That's why many CC's veered away from basic counting to more lucrative higher percentage table game methods. I cant think of any slot/VP guys that went into full-on card counting, but I can think of many that went from CC to VP and Slots. Obviously, there are many guys who do both.

You will oftentimes here card counters(even the good ones) talk about their misery and failures, especially the newbs. You rarely hear it from guys who play VP/slots and use other various table game methods.
As for solo card counting, it's best...
If one were to meet a sugar daddy /mamma that would help considerably.
If one was on a team that would help as well.
If one had an inheritance to start off with that would help.
If one was left their spouse's money, home, and cars that would help tremendously.

I do believe all the card counting rags to riches stories hurt newbs way more than they help. Sure they might come with a warning, however, the stories of success and the thought of sucsess dwarfs all the warnings.

Mickeycrimm, redietz stopped posting here the day I started ignoring his posts. His main purpose here was to attack me and Singer and when I started to ignore him he had no one to fight with.

Redietz never posted any of his documents from "the pacjage" and he never even posted the page that showed he authored that university publication. He also never sent his "package" of documents to any one else.

I'm not going to say he was all talk but he sure did a lot of talking.

Now if he was/is an expert at betting college football well good for him. I guess those of you interested can subscribe to his tip service.

Rob trolled him to death. You didn't see it because you didn't want to see it. If you say Rob didn't then you are either stupid or lying. Which one is it?
"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ

There's no question Rob attacked Redietz but Redietz also attacked Rob. I don't know who fired the first shot. Do you?

What I can tell you is I had no dispute with Redietz and I said it over and over that I never doubted who he was or what he did. But Redietz attacked me because I'm friends with Rob and I was attacked as Rob's proxy. And damn Redietz for doing that.

Then he launches a nuclear strike because I didn't see his package of clippings? If they were so frigging important why didn't he post them (his copyright excuse was bogus) or why didn't he mail them to someone else like YOU mickeycrimm?

Because you volunteered to receive them and reveal the contents, or did Redietz pluck your work address out of thin air?....get it asswipe?

  13. #53
Actually revealing the contents was NOT part of what redietz wanted. He said he wanted me to keep his collection of documents so I would be the record holder. He knew and I told him I know nothing about sports betting. But no one else stepped up to the plate to accept his package, did they keystone? Dan didn't volunteer. Did you? Did Mickey?

    Finally I said okay.

And while I never got to the office to see the package my business partner did. And we spent time on the phone talking about the contents until we were both bored to tears over what was sent to us.

Now my business partner isn't a sports fan nor a sports bettor. And of course I know nothing about sports betting.

Perhaps you, keystone and mickeycrimm, should ask redietz to send you a copy of his package. Redietz said he has copies and offered to send them. Then you can go thru the fifty+ sheets of clippings and you can report back about them.

Redietz knew damn well I knew nothing about sports and it seems no one else wanted the stuff. I felt bad for the guy so in a moment of weakness I said sure, send it to me.

I've had other moments of weakness, like this one keystone, when I'm actually responding to your trolling.

I’m not trolling, I’m pointing out a matter of fact...If I wanted to receive whatever he sent, I would have opened my mouth and said so....just like you did, shit for brains

Its total bullshit Alan when you say you dont know anything about sports so you had no clue what was in the packet.

He wasnt asking you to do a complete analysis of how temperature effects warm weather teams using 50 pages of data. He was just asking you to review in GENERAL articles and such.

Even a dunce could report back on that. Its not hard. You ok'd the delivery of the packet, and then to claim that the material was too hard to understand ..doesnt fly.

I dont know how to play baccarat....but if someone gave me articles that discussed SOMEONES abilities at the game, .... I could follow it, understand it, absorb it.....without knowing the rules of the game.

I really dont think he was trying to teach you how to bet sports with 50 pages of material.

You could have skimmed it and given an opinion on it generally without being a total dick like you have been.

NEXT TIME EITHER HAVE THE BACKBONE OF ADULT AND DENY THE REQUEST......or FOLLOW THRU LIKE AN ADULT AND DO WHAT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO DO.

but dont come here and whine like a child that its all so foreign to you. Be a man and make the effort to follow through for once in your life.

everything is an excuse with you

My recollection is that Alan initially agreed to accept the material,
then changed his mind and asked the ditz not to send it to him,
so he essentially denied the request.

The ditz ignored Alan and sent it anyway.

The threads are still available if you are interested in the truth.

Well said. Once my kids were through with college is when I dropped working. A divorce cost me about 2 mil. But there was/is still an adequate safety net. These rags to riches stories are to entice people to sign up for expensive camps in order to learn to count cards. Flash wasn't training people for free. He is a USER and the ultimate loser.

These guys that think they're above everyone else just because they play a silly game make me want to hurl. The game is intense, just like playing a sport. So locker room type humor helps me to unwind. However, it's best to keep people at arms length and not let the real world know what I do. My lady is a workaholic and the ultimate OCDer. Her words. Not mine. So a forum is a great way to stay the hell out of her way in the mornings.

LOL She thinks I'm writing to other women. Hey, one is enough. No?

Let me be crystal clear on this. I stopped posting here because someone asked me how I could possibly add content to a site where an individual could post something like, "redietz's deservedly dead wife" and the forum owner took no action. I had no answer. It would be a mockery for me to continue to contribute any kind of content.

Frankly, I owe Todd/Dan a punch in the face for allowing it.

With Mr. Mendelson and Singer/Argentino as the two primary posters, the site, by definition, is a voodoo gambling site. That's really the opposite result from Todd/Dan's gist in life, but it's the undeniable truth, to quote one of the hucksters.

Mr. Mendelson, I suspect, originally requested the package because he decided to test whether there was one. When it turned out there was, he did backflips to avoid reading it. Mr. Mendelson gets most things wrong, as per his recent intrepid reporting. Nobody can "subscribe to my tip service." I've told him this before, but he prefers to not listen.

To repeat, I stopped posting due to the Argentino comment regarding my late wife. I have never been one to make any of the nasty comments regarding Argentino's wife.

I'll have Integritysports.com up and running in a month or two, plus TheSkepticalGambler.com. I'm at the Orleans right now. Anyone wants to drop by in the next day or two, feel free. Todd/Dan, please wear headgear.

Mr. Dietz, it seemed you gave as good as you got in many of the exchanges I've read between you and the 2 mouseketeers.

I can understand your frustration with the forum owner however, given his refusal to back up what he says (about limiting Singer's ability to post, and then letting it devolve to a free form fuck fest).

You are informed and well spoken and your posts are cetainly missed by many; perhaps it might be sort of interesting for you to block Singer and alan and return anyway?

    Whatever, best of luck.
