I don't know who he talked to. I already said that. If you want to know and he remembers, E-Mail him and ask him. Also, Corporate would have nothing to say about it if it were a franchised location, but I don't know if it is or not.
Your first gripe was the other patrons.
So, you're upset because some people actually wanted to watch it who were not WoV Members, that didn't work, so now you're bitching about McDonald's' feelings?
It happened. Nobody died. It'll be okay.
Except for some restaurants who literally host eating competitions and competitive eating challenges. Some of them give you the food free if you're successful.
Go tell those restaurants to stop doing that and you'll be the one being told to fuck yourself.
In the yearly nathans contest...its broadcast on a delay and you will never see the vomiting broadcast. They dont want their product associated with vomit. But video at the mcdonalds is not controlled like that.
Oh, so I guess the people physically there watching it don't see the vomit, either?
And if someone died or required medical attention..they would never take on that liability. They have the deepest pockets. And it could be argued, that even though they didnt give permission..they still had a duty to break it up on their premises
What?
Okay, so in your opinion, a hard thrower in a casino could be warned to slow down with the dice, put someone's eye out (after the threat has been acknowledged by the casino) and would have no possible legal liability, but a willing participant in an eating competition could sue the establishment for not kicking him out while he is having the eating competition there?
Do I have that right?
Fucking pick one.
....but no owner would allow it.at least no sane owner. And no corporate entity would allow it,
so that leaves us with him getting permission from the retarded toilet cleaner
Again, except restaurants that actively host eating challenges.
