I guess some companies are more sensitive than others when it comes to YouTube videos. I know of videos shot inside Caesars that were removed from YouTube because a Celine song could be heard playing, but other videos with different music were not removed.

Yes McDonald's has strict standards but perhaps an employee or manager wasn't there to say no.

Video is now so common that I honestly doubt anyone including McDonald's or a casino will stop you from limited videography, and by that shooting your friend or group but not strangers.

There was a time you could not even bring cameras into courtrooms but once cameras were built into cell phones the "true rule" was enforced which was no photography in court rooms.

McDonald's could submit a gripe to Youtube as could the owners of the property, who may also be corporate McDonald's, where the event was filmed.

Barely north of 250, at the moment. 252, which is pretty high for me. I'm probably going to have to take corrective action. My diet is fine, I just don't exercise enough. I'll drop a bunch of weight from Fall-Spring because I'll be outside doing a lot more stuff. I absolutely hate the heat. I'm probably going to do the fitness center thing again, too, I guess.

About the hour pace and eating the nuggets. I think you are wrong about the strategy and telling me that this is different compared to the way the professionals do it.

I am not an expert but I am pretty sure that time is essential if you want to put down this amount of food in a short period of time.

You are wrong to think that you can go slower because you have an hour to complete your objective.

It is well known that speed is key.
100 Mcnuggets weigh about 3.75 pounds if my math is correct.
Add in some sauce and beverage and we can say 4 pounds pretty easy.

That isn't too difficult but it isn't so easy unless you are training your stomach to do such things.

My point is you want to eat as many nuggets as fast as you can before you hit the wall which takes about 12 minutes or so depending.
Liquids are lubricants. For something like the nugget you want body temperature water (98 degrees or so) believe it or not and you want to dunk them.
You don't want to actually drink the water, it is more to help glide the food down quicker.
Condiments are a No-No... water is better for something like this McNugget. Condiments are like Cod Liver Oil and will make you Gag or Throw Up.
Never Sit Down. Always be moving and giggling which I think you did the whole time.

I think your big mistakes were you were using condiments and you took too long. You wanted to eat as many as fast as you could and the less chewing the better.
