I seriously think paid parking at Casinos are a bad idea.

It might make sense to charge people who are not MLife cardholders, but not cardholders/guests/players at the casino.

They need to do something though to prevent non-patrons from parking there while the non-patrons visit other places, e.g. concerts.

Two questions arise here, a. You don’t drive according to you and b, have you ever been to a casino that’s charges you to park in Florida ??? Answers to both are no

gamblers as I have said before are sheep and will end up in tyhe end paying what they need to pay.

Atlantic city at one time when I live in NJ instituted a 2 dollar parking fee due to some state bullshit...and people paid it.

This is no different than reducing benefits for a diamond card and such.

tHE oeople who want to gamble will pay it, and the people who just want to park will pay as well

And for some casinos it has nothing to do with gambling. If someone wants to park at a casino and see a show and dine or shop....they are being asked to pay as well even though they are dropping many hundreds/thousands of dollars into the coffers of the casino.

But then again there are venues like concert halls or stadiums that also charge you to park. So its not a stretch for a casino to try to get revenue from their parking garage....strictly looking at it from a business point of view.
