Thread: Which Slots give you the best "BangForYourBuck"?

  1. #1
I absolutely love slots and I don't really dabble in much else whenever I get a chance to gamble. I wouldn't say I'm addicted since I don't play often but I can easily spend 6+ hours pulling that rod and hoping to get lucky whenever I get a chance. I don't really play to make money because I'm old and experienced enough to know the house always wins, but I just love the thrill of pulling and seeing the drum spin and waiting with baited breath to see if I'm a winner. The sounds and visuals are a bonus too because they're normally super well done (probably on purpose to get you hooked, and yes, it works on me because watching the spin is almost as entertaining as winning). So for me, I'm happy to pay the so called "house edge" for the pure joy and entertainment I get from playing slots and for being in the casino atmosphere which is just lovely and sublime.
Winning more often is an important factor because that's obviously the most exhilirating part.
So which machine should I play on (and where can I find it in Las Vegas) such that my money will go the furthest (allow longer playing time for same amount of money) AND I will win more often (even though I'll probably still lose money overall in the end)?
    Thanks.

If you want your money to last, find a penny slot that lets you bet a penny at a time on only one line: a penny a pull.

    Seriously.
    What, Me Worry?

Yes, I suppose penny slots will make the same amount of my money go furthest since they're the cheapest per pull, but what about my other criteria "AND I will win more often"?
So I suppose to rephrase, what I'm asking is, which penny slot wins MOST OFTEN in Las Vegas?
Or maybe there's a machine that is NOT a penny slot, but which wins SO OFTEN that even though it is costlier per pull than a penny slot, the more frequent wins would allow me to play for longer?

if you enjoy "pulling on the rod".....you have eliminated 75 percent of the penny slots at least...since they generally have buttons.

my guess is that you are an expert at pulling on the rod.

I like this guy for penny machines. He has a strategy with a $5 win cashout and he's a frequent poster, I.e., he's not an armchair player! I started with this video because it explains his strategy, and it's one of his few LOSING sessions, so no BS. And you choose the game that appeals to you as NO ONE knows when a game will hit. WARNING: he's already been labeled a joke on this joke of a forum.
BTW, he said $25 ahead. Just so no confusion- he means $5 ahead of his $20 stake.

Every single slot video on YouTube is highly edited. These people are the same slot losers you see in casinos every day. Many of them even beg for donations for their addiction on sites like Patreon.

Smells like disdain with a heaping side of jealousy to me.

Homeboy has 24,000+ views on that video, so apparently people like watching what he is doing. If he's delivering the sort of entertainment that would justify 24K views, then why not request compensation for it? It's no different than people who do reviews of movies, sports, wrestling, video games or anything else having a Patreon page. Most importantly, Patreon is a mechanism by which people donate to whoever they want if they like the videos enough that they feel like they should do so. It's not like those cable channels that people are charged for (because of bundle packages) that they never watch, but pay for anyway.

If he can make back his expected losses (and maybe even some over and above) by putting his videos on Youtube and gaining followers and Patreon subscribers, I say, "Good for him!" Even if he can't, it's his money and the money of the people who donate to him, so what do you care what he does with it or what his backers do with it?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Patreon guy. There's enough on Youtube that I can watch for free that I'm not going to start effectively paying for stuff until I can't find anything to watch anymore. As it is, I watch Youtube WAY MORE than I should, so I'm having no issues with not enough free content.

if one calls "bs: on something or warns of possible BS....its not automatically jealousy

in this case ironically he is commenting on a BSer showing video of another BSer.......

its amazing that in a short period of time we have Tasha, kentry, sueEllen,...and lets wait for aimee to arrive...and maybe fat blonde will make bets that all 4 are real.

Do you realize you just took both sides of the issue and told us that you are in favor and against it at the same time!?

What a sick post... and a long one to actually say nothing at all.

My advice for you is to watch some more Youtube but make sure it is Free Youtube Viewing.

ok she deleted the reference to "pulling on the rod".

But she left up "pulling": and " watching the drum spin".....yet with penny slots there is no drumb spinning most of the time. Its video....like the one that she posted. There is no "rod" to handler and pull on.

more proof she is fucking with you guys.

I think Keystone put it best with his response....as response to the unedited version.

but there are folks who fell over themselves to give aimee advice. You remember aimeee..she like slow massages, and she would get drunk and lose her memory.

but aimee didnt mention a good piece of meat or pulling on a rod.....so these are very different people. Aimee didnt pretend to not know the difference between a message board and a chat site.

good ole aimee.....and the people who fell over themselves to get on her good side

How did I take both sides?

I said if he wants to ask for Patreon donations he can, if people want to make the donations; they can. I’m not personally inclined to donate. What’s inconsistent?

I also don’t watch slot videos for entertainment, by the way. Almost everyone I watch makes money via YouTube ads, but some also have Patreon.

I find it no different then some poor loser coming up to you in a casino begging for more money because they already lost all of theirs. whether on YouTube or not, I'm NOT going to fund anyones ploppie gambling addiction.

SueEllen is a troll using a proxy to hide their IP address.

    I am banning this person.

Do not make further accounts to circumvent this, as I will take action if you do. I have the ability to see "through" proxies, and I really don't want to have to expend the effort to do that.

    There goes the steak.
"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ

I'm also going to keep a watchful eye on any new threads like these...

We've seen a lot lately from Tasha, Kentry, and now SueEllen.

They all have the same tone, pretty much feigning ignorance regarding gambling and Las Vegas, and asking incredibly stupid/basic questions. Clearly the intent is to get a rise out of grizzled APs and gambling veterans, who will either mock them or be stupid enough to answer seriously (and then be laughed at for answering).

My guess is that the same person is behind all of this. Note that SueEllen appeared shortly after I asked Tasha and Kentry to stop creating threads.

Kentry posts from a business IP in the Miami area.

Tasha uses a cell phone in the Miami area, and NEVER posts from a home or business IP.

This SueEllen person uses a public proxy to hide their IP. I bet if I trace it back, I'll find it again goes to the Miami area.

I am getting tired of this garbage, and I'm getting close to just banning all of these accounts permanently.

No matter what you or he has said most of his sessions are going to be losers.

thats a key, there type folks come here initially looking for info. They are rebuffed, called all kinds of names, called dopes, stupid, retarded. They are ignored or mocked. Yet they stay. Why...because those are the responses they want. If they were looking for real advice....they would have run away a long time ago. Why do they put up with being restricted, with being placed in their own playpen. Why? Because they get off on these type of actions.
Its like a game and they love to see it play out. Each day is another adventure for their character. Who will they rile up today. What punitive action will occur. Its never about gaining info. Its about gaining a reaction.
Maybe mommy didnt pay attention to this person when they were kids...so they need attention now.

Its all so obvious from the beginning,

yet after months or years of getting zero educational benefit, and alot of mocking...they still hang around....getting exactly what they want.
