    Notable excerpt from the article:

This evening, a man in a light-blue collared shirt with a walkie-talkie entered my room with a key without knocking while I was getting dressed. He left when I started screaming. @CaesarsPalace is investigating whether it was a hotel employee. @defcon has also been alerted.

I think it's going to lead to robbers posing as security to get in the rooms and rob people.
"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ

Good question. I don't know - I've never stayed there.

Same here. The unforeseen consequences of a knee jerk reaction - or perhaps foreseen, but whatever it takes to mollify the press even if it creates more danger than it prevents.

Yet another reason not to go to Las Vegas.

This is why I've been telling people not to listen to the Ryemos of the world who boast about taping money to their body, hiding it in the rooms, or in a boot etc, etc. There is a thin line between security and the criminal element. There is more watching than just the EITS. O yes, hide it in the trunk of your car? What, you think the criminal element isn't smart to see if you're driving a car? There is a reason these guys are not in prison. Need I say more?

For example. This one idiot, UstonZen, boasted he would walk into a casino by posing as a gang banger drug dealer to play blackjack and fool the EITS. Yes, this is fine, until the real gang banger drug dealer sees you and thinks you are on his turf. Then you're tapioca. Being tough has NOTHING to do with it. In the words of Ron White "I'm not sure how many of them it was going to take to kick my ass, but I AM sure they intended to use the number necessary."

MC. My first Sunday after moving to Nevada I found myself squaring off with an ex con at a hot dog stand. I was naive to my surroundings at the time. Too make a long story short we became friendly. I still see him around everyonce in awhile. He is now employed as a security guard.

Security chains are easily bypassed by anyone with some practice. You can find plenty of examples on You Tube.
